The way she ran from the scene was truly incredible. It's heartbreaking that the poor guy not only lost the rest of his trips and the trips until his car was fixed, but now he also has to deal with the cost of repairs. I feel for him.
The sheer stupidity of people to blame the cab driver is just appalling. It can very evidentially be see that there was a car ahead in the junction and the driver stopped at the signal. It is 100% the passengers fault as she did not bother to even check before opening. Attributing it to bad upbringing when it comes to civic sense. Sadly the cab driver will end up shelling out to fix the damage caused due to someone else's negligence.
Exactly man. Brainless people claiming themselves to be 'top drivers' or something on twitter blaming the cabbie. Many passengers are arrogant and won't listen to what cabbies request them not to do. They will leave the cab dirty, throw garbage out of the window, ask them to stop anywhere as per their convenience, else they will start an argument. In this case, it's all that lady's fault. It's pretty obvious how careless she is from the way she walked away after damaging the door. The accident could have been worse. She could have hurt herself too. And in that case poor cabbie would have been beaten and she would have demanded compensation from him too.
@@Ngshorts78999 It is very clearly visible in the video that there is a traffic junction and there is a car ahead of the cab. The passenger got down on her own accord and cause this nuisances. I will never understand ppl trying to blame the cabbie here where it is soo evident that it is the passengers fault
@@Ngshorts78999 when the cab came to halt the signal was red. He didn't stop in the middle of the road. It immediately turned green, but the lady had already opened the door and was stepping out. If the cab driver was a rowdy one, he would have heckled with the lady. This guy didn't create any drama and took his cab to the side to unblock others. You have to give credit where due and not just paint every cab driver in the same way.
1. Damaging the door 2. Watching phone like nothing happened 3. Walks like nothing happened *This type of person should be banned or arrested.* Poor cab driver ☹
She must pay the price for repair costs and at least learn the lesson. The way she walked out! As if not her fault. Instead of she opening the door all of a sudden, could have opened a little bit and pause just to see any vehicles from behind are coming, so that damage could have been less or prevented.
if a guy would have made the same mistake then it would have been a different story and if they had questioned the dumb woman who opened the door they will be sued with rape charges and what not . this is the so call law ⚖ my friends
@@ThirdEyeDudeWhether or not he instructed is irrelevant. Is she some kind of machine that strictly does what she is told without applying common sense? It is 100% the passenger's fault. She is not a kid who doesn't know better.
@@ThirdEyeDudewhat is this 'instructed by the driver' argument? Like someone else said above, is she not going to apply her brain. It's common sense to look for oncoming traffic before opening the door. What if instead of auto it was a bus moving too close and crushed her? Or if it was a bike and the biker got injured in the process. It's a very stupid act from the lady who is also unapologetic. And surprisingly some people like you are trying to think outside the box and finding reasons to blame the cabbie.
For those who say why should cab stop in the middle of the road... Please observe the signal carefully... It was red signal at the intersection and all were waiting... Its the total irresponsible Papa Ki Pari who not only came out at wrong place but also opened the door without looking at whos coming besides... More over her attitude after that was hilarious.. It's evident that she didn't understand nor bothered about the gravity of that problem.. the way she tried to close the door says all.. same way she hands over the problem to papa ...here also she was casual like "Dekho kuch gadbud hain ".. she should be made to pay from her money...
Imagine if it had been a bike instead of an auto. The rider would have surely fallen off and gotten injured. I've seen videos where people open the door without regard for passing vehicles and throw bikers off into the oncoming lane. For anybody on the road, it is hard to anticipate people opening doors, especially when the car is not parked on the side. So please be careful when you open doors, guys!
Just yesterday in goa a rent a car driver opened the door on a busy road with out checking and two people on a bike crashed and fell under the wheels of the truck. So this can be fatal for bikers.
If you say something you get branded sexist, disrespecting women etc. Truth is this is the same story in every family 😂. Utensils and car doors are how our ladies express their frustrations.
at the end of the day, it doesnt matter whose fault it is because from the video we can see that the main damage is done to the door for which none other than the driver is paying for, we all gotta be careful especially on banglore roads
I believe there are rules in the Motor rules that if a passenger caused an accident because of his/ her negligence, he will be liable to pay compensation. Also there are previous court ruling .. recently in 2019 that made the passenger liable to the accident. If this evidence can be provided and a case filed, he will be some what lucky.
Dont blame the car driver! Blame the passenger for opening the door in the middle of the traffic; Sheer plain stupidity and no moral sense to wait and sort out the mess after the damage is done.
She must pay the price for repair costs and at least learn the lesson. The way she walked out! As if not her fault. Instead of she opening the door all of a sudden, could have opened a little bit and pause just to see any vehicles from behind are coming, so that damage could have been less or prevented.
Woman who don’t bloody care if it’s their car or a cab, always slam the door to make sure they break. Anyway it’s a cab, they don’t care what happens as they got no emotions on cars like men. Only if the woman knows to drive, they would know the pain when someone slams the door or be negligent about their car, if not they got no feel about it. Traffic sense?? That’s too much to ask these days from men, let alone woman who got mere emotion on cars.
Not a question of getting down from right side or left side. When the car stops in the middle of the road never get down or allow people to get down. Period.
@@ShrivathsaAcharya The moment she opened the door the driver should have told her to wait till he crosses the signal and takes the car to the left for her to get down and the passenger too must have this much sense not to get down from whichever side she wants. She is on a public road not in her bedroom.
Why did the cab driver allow her to walk away? The driver was either too hesitant to question her because she is a woman or she might have played one of her victim cards to get out of the situation. Either way the driver should have stood his ground and demanded her to pay for the damages she had caused to his car or took her to the cops if she was too adamant.
First of all the cabboe should not have stopped the car almost in the middle of the road. As the passengers have little choice than open the door then and there.
There might have been either of the two case. [Note: Car halted because it was a red signal, and turn to green at the next moment] [Note: There were no chance of that impact, if driver had checked the side mirror] [Note: Auto driver had been driving on same side not on the wrong side. Auto driver(Superman Clan) was driving too speedily to a red signal halt.] Option A: Trip was done. Passenger asked to drop-off there. Driver was not aware of the passenger to drop off suddenly in the middle of traffic, thus didn’t checked the side mirrors, the passenger seems to busy on phone, in a little rush. Didn’t checked the road or asked the driver if it is safe to drop-off in the middle of the road. Suggested passenger fault. Option B: Trip was done. Passenger asked to drop-off there. Driver sees red light ahead asked to get-off without checking the side mirrors and halts for the red light. Passenger got a go ahead assuming he checked the mirrors and thus hasn’t checked by self. Suggested driver fault. My instinct is Option A. Based on the following reasons. [Every-time I about to get off the cab I ask the driver to pull over and get off on the left side of the vehicle unless it was instructed to open the right door too. 95% time same procedure. In cases where we are at the middle of the road or at the signal stop, I ask the driver If its ok to get-off either he gives a go ahead or declines it, suggesting a pull over.] [Even if the fault was driver’s I would not flee the spot immediately, seemingly a huge loss happened, involving me. At least spare 2-3 more minutes to analyse the impact. Or at-least question the driver didn’t he checked the mirrors? Instead of only hitting the door the auto could hit directly me, if happend 2seconds later.] [Whoever drives a car, for most of them (not all) checking mirrors becomes an automatic sub conscious act, happens by instinct, missing it becomes hard. ]
Why the hell r u blurring the face of this character?! She has done a grave mistake.. She didn't have the courtesy to stand and say sorry!.i would strongly recommend you repost the video to show and shame this shameless persone..
It was on the opposite side of the road that too on a traffic juntion. It is clear auto was on the wrong side of the road. One should not overtake near a traffic junction
Bad women drivers are acceptable , what to do with bad women passengers😅 , she just left the scene checking her cellphone what a audacity , cab drivers usually park at side looks like this lady unlocked and got down in the middle of the road all by herself
Every one is blaming passenger..but try to focus on details...see the Lane auto driver entered trying to overtake the cab....its clear cab was at the end of the land and auto driver was completely in the opposite lane trying to over take the cab... Cab driver and passenger would have only focused on traffic approaching from front because she was on phone while getting off the cab...(may be making payment)..meanwhile cab driver was like SURPRISE 🎉and rushed in to the door...at the end of the video u can see cab driver fleeing from the spot..if it wasn't his mistake why escape the situation....stop taking sides and address the facts..both passenger and auto driver are at fault ...hope justice was served unbiased.... 💪🏻
If the car was stopped to let the passenger out of the vehicle then the cab driver is at fault because he stopped in the middle of the road. He should have instructed not to open the right hand side door.
No matter whose fault it is, one thing is constant in this channel. No audio till the end, at times one would think if the phone's speakers are working or not, but then in the end, no matter how dangerous the accident is, how grievous the situation is, how badly someone is injured....comes this same old run-of-the-mill background 'tang-tang-tang-tang' music! Abso-fucking-lutely no connection with the video at all!
kya hi expect karoge ek aurat se bht rare hi women ese he jinka brain he par maximum he jo sirf ego attitude meh jiteee he brainless womens jinko rules regulation kuch nai pata
Why have you blurred our the image of the idiot who gets out of the car and walks away as it nothing happened? If her father had purchased the car then things would have been different.
