@Michael hey how long are you advising people to hold on to tracks after forwards.... yall used to give us the company name and I understand why you don't anymore, but putting great tracks on hold for months to a year or more seems kinda counter productive... Any other company I pitch to, I would normally be able to check in on the status so I can re-use if they don't have intent to sign and use.
I wouldn't advise putting anything on "hold." Keep pitching it! If company #1 contacts you a month after the forward, but company #2 scooped it up before company #1 contacts you, tell them, "I'm sorry, but another company already signed it. However, I can make you more tracks in a similar style. Would you like me to send you a couple next week?"
