I have heard of them having to pay for their damage. The last place anyone should commit a crime is aboard a plane. The Federal Government doesn't play around with that.
@@hafizhnugrahav0113 you can only ban people on the airline of the offense. Delta tried to get a law passed to share the ban across airlines during COVID mask mania but it didnt work. All those people didnt make it to work or missed a day of vacation because of him. What an entitled brat. I think jail time is in order for these people its the only thing that will get their attention.... actual consequences they cant wiggle out of
He should have to pay for all those people tickets and miss connecting flights, the airline should give the people their money back and charge that man for everyone tickets that way people will stop acting crazy, and sit their butts down and shut up and the air crew can do their jobs without craziness ❤.
@@AloeVera22 ,I know but it makes one so angry when people got to be up early to get to an airport and go through line and take off things to just go through a machine than get to your flight on time just to have it not arrive on time or go to another airport, some people many be going on a business trip or a Kinney or heart that doctors are waiting for a patient be on those flights but for those that paid their money for that flight and did all they had to be on time should be given something back. But reality is airlines don't give nothing back for the people that suffer because of one person's craziness. Money doesn't make what happen better but it do help when you didn't pay for craziness that keep you from being where you should be on time.
Anyone else peeved about how smug he looked at the end? I hope he got banned from all flights period. And sued. And jailed. Or I’m fine with any combination of the 3
on top of that he should of been jumped by everyone else on that flight they all should of been given the chance to put the boot in, he won't be so smug then. with no teeth and both eyes swollen shut.
Pretty sure it’s a federal crime and he won’t be allowed to fly for quite a while. If he’s a citizen of another country, then he’ll get one more flight.
3 hours out & 3 hours back? !!! As a passenger I would have been irate and be willing to do whatever it takes legally to stop these people who think it’s okay to disrupt everyone else’s life!
I loved this suggestion very much. I’m in my higher 70s so I remember humane things used to manage out of control people that really worked. Such as straight jackets, a shot of Thorazine (Shuts belligerent, hostile, loud, verbally & physically abusive folks right up so they can be put in those seats in the farherest rear end of the plane to quietly sleep off their hissy fit until it’s time to deplane under the control & supervision of sky Marshall’s & a couple of large, very fit men in white coats who will deliver the offending passenger, not to jail, but to padded cell in a psychiatric hospital or psychiatric unit in a local hospital. It’s time for these entitled, troublesome narcissists who think nothing of disturbing, misbehaving, & even harming other passengers & airline personnel, to get serious consequences that more appropriately fit their inappropriate behavior. If you act like an out of control two year old having a tantrum when you are the age of an adult, you should receive consequences appropriate consequences for such behavior. If you are having a major fit, you should maybe have a bucket of ice water thrown over you to help you get control of yourself again. This also works well w/ people who are having hysterics mostly manifested as uncontrollable high pitched screaming, etc. I’m just saying. Thanks for your time.
I'm surprised people didn't cheer him off the plane and called him out for being an idiot. There was someone in our plane at the latter end of COVID when we landed, everyone was clearly instructed to stand up, collect your luggage, and walk out the plane when our block of seats were called. Funny enough, a similar looking idiot thought he was better than everyone else and decided to get up earlier than everyone else and tried to leave. He said he wasn't waiting with such an entitled tone in his voice Impatient. Not caring about COVID or anything. He was challenged by the staff and other passengers in the same block after arguing back and trying to force his way through, made to wait with us, then we left together once our block was called and put his ego in check by passengers, and crew smiled him off the plane and we thanked the crew for their patience and shouldn't have to deal with idiots, all within his earshot 😂
He'll yeas..three hours into the fight and they turn around? That's 6 hours round trip to get back to that point. Every passenger should take him to civil court for the price of their ticket, stress created, problems created with pick ups... the whole shebang . See how entitled he feels the next time.
Thousands of people have made the same comment. Yet noone questions if this story is even true. Where is the screaming match video? Where is the video on him sitting in the flight attendants seat? Where is the proof that he did what he did? Maybe he looks cool as a cucumber because he didn't actually do anything. Think about it. People are so quick to get on the bandwagon that they don't even consider analysing the situation with some logic.
Better idea: let him win the battle and lose the war. Continue to the destination and arrest him upon landing. Why should the airline ruin everyones day and waste their time over this buffoon? Just let the idiot sit where he wants instead of wasting 10 hours of everyones time, the repercussions will come when he lands.
I think, instead of turning around and flying 3 hours back, the airplane should have just landed at the nearest airport and left him with the authorities there! And then to find his own way back! Thus saving everyone those 3 hours!
@@yootoob2 I'm fed up with these people who think they are better than everyone else and live by a different set of rules. We need to start thinning the herd.
I’m sure several wanted to but they probably don’t want to go to jail. You can’t even tap someone or they will call the cops on you and the cops will arrest you. It’s not the good old days where we could get away with that lol 😉
@@dominiceddy5947Honestly that figure is about correct. It's why international plane tickets cost so much and there are normally a few hundred people on board. The fuel alone would cost around $100k. The staff salaries for a 8-24hour flight would also be very expensive. That doesn't just account for all the pilots and crew, but the ground grew who assisted with that flight too. They are normally hired by the airlines. Not to mention the cost of maintenance and legal fees.
@@nathanielnesbitt9595 ARE YOU SERIOUS ? All those people had somewhere to go. This is out of control. People need to be NEVER allowed to fly again that behave like morons. It has to stop.
Now that’s a great idea! And it should be in the lower part of the plane, where everyone’s luggage is lol! That way no one can hear them crying and complaining the rest of the flight😂
Instead of turning around, this kind of behavior should be grounds for immediate arrest upon landing, an automatic 1 year sentence, and a $10k mandatory fine, as well as being put on a permanent no fly list. These people obviously don't respond to the easy solution, so let's do it the hard way! Make an example out of a few of them, and pretty soon...it won't be a problem, anymore.
The fact that he’s not being punched by the other passengers while standing around like that is proof that most people are taking being disciplined while flying seriously
People could be on that plane going for medical procedures, time sensitive job interviews or tasks and even family emergencies. Someone should file a lawsuit against this man
That’s THE definition of a sociopath, if not even a psychopath. That smirk at the end, the entitlement, the unconcern, the grandiosity. Pure narcissistic personality disorder.
Sociopath/Narcissist -- doesn't care about anyone else, oblivious to their needs, focused solely on himself. Evil. Psychopaths suffer from schizophrenia -- they do weird (and rarely awful) things when they are psychotic. But they are literally helpless without meds. The term "schizophrenia" means "split mind" or "split brain". They can't help it.
_Ok just let him go , don't fine him , don't put him in a no flight list atleast for an year , don't bring any sense of moral responsibiity in him that he delayed all other passengers & finally u'll make him more arrogant, stubborn for the society_ 😐
Every person on that plane should be given his name and address so they can all sue him for any loss of time and whatever that cost them, including distress.
He should be responsible for compensating every passenger on that plane for missed flights and accommodation and if he can't pay then he should go to jail. That should teach him.
That's absolutely ridiculous. In this situation the person should be hog-tied and stowed in a compartment on the plain and delivered to federal police upon landing.
Airlines should have a sound proof cage in the back of planes for people like this, so they don't need to turn the plane around. Then send them back to the same place they came from in another plane going in that direction in a cage. This would save alot of fuel and every pilots, staff and passenger's time to their destination. People might think twice if a cage is mention for disorderly behaviour in flight. Try it out it might work. Good luck. 👍
The potential danger involved in getting him Or anyone else in a cage, it's just too risky. He may become combative, and there are a million ways he could sink the flight or injure someone. You can't use the forces that you can on the ground. Also, these staff are just not trained police. It's a great idea but hard to execute
Imagine the disruption this ego caused! Missed business deals, ruined vacations, maybe even a ruined wedding or honeymoon! These people need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and open to law suits by fellow passengers! What unbelievable nerve- we need a brig on every plane and a large fee to unlock it!!!!
Simple solution: ban him from all public air travel in the future & make him pay for the gas used to return him to New York. Also some good old fashioned jail time.😊
He probably did it for some kind of social media fame. And look at that....he did it! As long as we keep highlighting these idiots like this, it will continue. Blur his face and name, make him anonymous or just don't speak of it. Problem solved.
The sense of entitlement that some people have is absolutely disgusting. He did not think of one other person except himself. Maybe someone was flying to a funeral, or someone was meeting their kid for the first time. Always think of others.
