I have been to this artificial island few years back. I want to smile every time I remember it. During low tide there's no water at all from the board walk traversing the nipa plantation going to the mooring area of the banca. You can't walk going to the island also as it is muddy. They can't row the banca also as there's no water. So, the bangkeros there has to let you board the Banca and to carry you up to the island inside the banca.
