- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp passion fruit
- 6 tbsp milk

Thanks Amy for sharing the recipes. I made two mini loaf this morning and it’s very yummy and moist. I did cut down 20% of butter and sugar and used fresh passion fruit from my friend tree.

Amazing recipe. Just made this and reduce the sugar by half. I also heated the glaze and added a tablespoon of milk
