Greetings from NZ. I have about 6 wips covering a couple of years sort of on the go. I finished a weaving project I had on the loom for 6 years at the end of last year (still haven't finished the fringe, but I think if that more as a chore). Life kinda got in the way!. I am only working intermittently on one thing which is a crocheted shrug, and although I have spent a lot of time on it I think I really should frog as working out too big.😞 Really like your wrap with the Wonka set.

Hello👋🏻! I think sometimes deciding a project is done or frogging it is just as productive as working on it further. I will be frogging some of my WIPs now that I have looked at all of them as a group - the Wonka one will stay on the needles as I do like it (and it’s a good sample of my own yarns ☺️), but it might not see any love for a while.

@@PassionedFlower I think at the end of the day you're right. I just frogged it after watching you and have started again. Wishing I could get those hours back but I know that is a wrong way to look at it. My partner used to marvel at me unravelling something due to a mistake and say "why are you doing that"? Because it isn't right and it bugs me I would say. I think I was thinking more about his words. Feeling a lot more content starting again though and after all knitting and crochet is always a process.

i have about 16 wips at the moment i think but only actively working on about 3-4. i really do want to go back to some of the older ones and i am a bit worried about my tension drifting over time, but every time i cast something off the pull to start something new is just too strong!!

That draw to a new project is always so strong! I have about 4 active projects right now in addition to what I shared in this episode. I will go back to them at some point, but like you I am a bit worried about tension. Especially with the colourwork. It might end up being frogged and restarted.
