Mark Rober started his porch pirate revenge with glitter bombs. He kept improving them with things like fart spray, sirens, and cameras to take pictures of the thieves. Once the packages were activated, they couldn't be turned off. It was hilarious.

The United breaks guitars is actually part of my college social media marketing textbook for business class as a example of how not dealing with a issue can negatively affect your business.

The tenant needed to go and get a lawyer and sue the landlord for wrongful eviction as well as for stealing his stuff because of the unlawful practices.

Projecting Shrek didn't seem so bad, it's understandable that he didn't wanted to torture the innocent tenants with the emoji movie.

That speaker in the ceiling prank- the senior class of 2022 did that for their senior prank but it was a speaker that went off randomly with cat meowing- a few teachers liked it, some others hated it, and one teacher (U.S. History Teacher) full on said “it’s gonna die a slow death wherever it is, cause I’m not willing to find it”

I will say that living above someone in an old apartment that is noisy is very annoying if you are a night owl like me. I feel I have the right to walk around in my own apartment, at least to get food from the fridge, no matter the hour. However, I also know that even very small noises can seem loud if everything else is quite, and you are trying to sleep. However, even with several letter exchanges explaining that I tried my best to keep quiet, by walking as little as possible through my apartment at night, yet she kept complaining, even after I started tiptoeing. One day, it was finally time to move out, and when I saw who was about to move in, I couldn't help but smile. It was a poor family with a 2-year-old child and another one ready to pop out of her moms belly. I couldn't wait until the neighbor downstairs realized just how quiet I had actually been.

22:26 is my fave. We little people don't realize the power we wield, right in our wallets/purses. There's absolutely strength in numbers. We peons need to start sticking together. These companies work/exist for us.

Bro Rick roll-ing his neighbor for 10 straight hours is literally insane

It's illegal to kick someone out without 60 days notice, and they aren't allowed to keep someones possessions. That is theft, He should call the police, and an attorney. I was robbed at work, and badly injured. The company fired me. Before the robbery I noticed they canceled all security contracts, and turned off the in store cameras. I kept a record of anything for 6 months before the robbery. The guy that robbed the store knew where the security bottom was. knew the safe wouldn't open without doing the code 4 times. He knew about everything. I sued them, and won,they attorney ended up disbarred for getting illegal access to court sealed info, you would need a warrant to get access. I recorded everything, including financial, insurance, all company info. I found a lot of things. The store chain was failing, after robbery, they could open new stores. After gathering everything, I proved the company of false claim, I proved they hired the guy to rob the store for insurance. I got the company shut down. My revenge for getting a permanent shoulder injury, and PTSD

I honestly think people grow up so totally unprepared for life anyore, it's amazing they survive at all. In most towns/states, making excessive noise in an apartment can be cause for eviction, especially if it happens too often. So, obviously, complain to the landlord. Also, after a certain hour (which is set by local ordinances), you can call the police if a neighbor is making so much noise that it bothers you. And, BTW, if YOU want to have a party, the best way to AVOID bothering your neighbors is to invite them, too. But the last thing you do is 'fight back' because then THEY can call the landlord or the police on YOU.

I do love some harmless passive aggression 💗🤣

22:25 I know Dave Carroll's story all too well. I even vibe to his United diss track every single day, which is basically explaining everything that happened in a 3-minute musical nutshell.

If you have noisy neighbors (and live in the US) pretty much every city has noise ordinances. Granted, "normal household living" noise has to be accepted as part of living in an apartment/condo/townhouse arrangement, but loud music or TV/computer speakers being heard through the walls is a violation of noise ordinances. So, what you do is take out your phone and video with sound on so you can show it's after legal hours (usually 9pm to 7am are the ordinance rules). With that evidence, keep it to yourself at first. You initially have to either ask the neighbor to turn down the music OR if you don't feel comfortable notifying the neighbors, you go to management. If the noise continues, report it to management once more. If the noise continues another night (remember, record every night this happens), that's when you call the police to report noise violations. If the police witness the noise themselves, that's all it takes. If the neighbors are quiet when the police arrive, show them the videos. Eventually the neighbors will be cited with a noise ordinance violation which is not a cheap ticket. The dollar amount of the ticket increases with each subsequent violation and after around the third violation, they can be arrested. Each violation is determined to be when the noise is first reported, then turned down. If it goes up loud again, that is a second violation, etc. Therefore, it is possible to violate the noise ordinance in one night. If the police have to keep returning the same night due to noise violations, the noisy neighbor will go to jail. Most apartment leases have stipulations regarding noise as well as arrests. If a tenant has too many disturbing the peace arrests the lease can be terminated and the noisy neighbor kicked out of the complex. Do not seek revenge by making loud noise yourself... the neighbor might report YOU as the initial nuisance! Just call the police and report the loud noise. No, not as fun as getting into a loudness contest, but it's the best way to shut your neighbor up and get good sleep.

Some passive aggressive revenge never hurts.

The most passive aggressive thing I've done to a noisy neighbor was to play the entire 17 minutes of In-a-gadda-a-vida on repeat for a whole night. They never bothered me again. I personally thank the organ solo 😌

Back in the 1990's there was a book released called "1001 ways to get even". My uncle helped write the section on how to mess with someone's car. It is quite devious and 90 percent of the "tricks" would get you thrown in jail.

If the broken item is a guitar and the guy says he's going to write a song about it you should probably pay attention.

Several years ago, I was trying to find a parking spot in a very busy mall. After about 15 min of driving around, someone was exiting a spot. I put my blinker on and waited patiently. As soon as I started to back into the spot, some guy zoomed in. I got out of my truck and told him that he stole my spot. He just looked at me, said "I don't have time to find another spot" and walked away. So . . . I waited until he was out of sight and took the valve cores out of each of his tires! I left the valve cores under his wiper blade so they would nor get lost! Would loved to have seen the look on his face!

When I lived in a town house complex someone who lived across the street would bring his dog over to crap in our park but would never pick it up, me and the other residence kept telling him to clean up after his dog cause we got kids playing in that park. One day he flipped us the bird so me and a neighbour picked up ever dog pile we could find and filled his mail box full, he never came back 😄
