I can't begin to express how much I love real estate and I want to invest in it, but unfortunately I don't have a stream of income yet. These videos are so helpful, hoping to see more real estate videos! Also, is it smart to buy your first property just a year after starting working?

If I may add with short term rentals, somehow or sometimes the location is not a main criteria to determine whether it fit for STR, but the presentation of the property itself, say, it's a rental unit that has amenities, like buying a raw land (even a relatively small one), then developing the property into a villa with a cocktail pool, like the ones you'd frequently see in Bali.

Nurses do have low salary but as soon as my workplace gave a huge increase plus a pandemic at the side that had kept me from impulsive spending, I had enough to get a property and I'm in my 2nd year paying for it. Thanks for this video, this would definitely help me during the turnover since this is exactly what I'm planning for it. Great video. My next target is buying a land property for a business venture, hope you could make one too.
