Need assistance. The install for both python3 and osrframework were both successful, but i tried to run 'osrf' and the command was not found. There's a warning telling me where's the script tabulate is installed, which is not on PATH...and to consider adding this directory to PATH. I don't know how to that. Thanks for your help.
