Just as there are three basic levels of hypnosis (light, medium, and deep), there are three basic levels of regression into a past life: sketchy, medium, and vivid.
In a sketchy regression, you will be aware of this room while also aware of certain daydreams that seem like bits and pieces. Your conscious mind may easily be questioning what is happening and if you resist these images or try to analyze them, you will very likely emerge back into the present without going any further. If you go with the flow, there is a good possibility of going into the medium level.
In a medium regression, some of the images (sights, sounds, or feelings) will seem more real, drawing you in just like a good movie. When the session ends, you will feel as though what started as bits and pieces became more real to you.
In a vivid regression, you will be drawn into the experience just as though remembering something from your present life; and you may feel some emotions.

My past life regression is living as a woman (I am male) in what I think is just before the American Civil War (South). I am married with 2 young girls. My husband eventually goes off to war and never comes back (dies). While he is gone both of our girls die together from an illness. I spend the rest of my life in isolation in the log cabin until I die from old age. I can feel the grief and the pain of unbearable loss. I see myself die and not a pretty sight. Some time later Southern soldiers arrive at my cabin on horse back. I am still in the rocking chair where I died. What a depressing and painful life. To have everything and to have it all taken away. I could smell the air, hear the tall grass rustle in the breeze at the waters edge, feel the emotions I had through out my life, and see the tunnel of light at the end. My name was Sarah Hucklee, my daughters were Alice and Jasmine, and my husband was called Jason. We lived on the river banks of the Mississippi.

Hi Rasa, I have just used this meditation today and it took me where myself and mom was alone in an island, when I was just 4-5years of age, were very happy and she keeps on telling me to continue being good and she left. My mom passed away last year and i had my tears whilst on meditation. Thank you for this, had the opportunity to feel the warmth of my mom's hugs. and kisses.

Hi Rasa, I have just used this meditation today and I saw that I was a Siberian/Eskimo not sure which wearing those clothes and silver jewellery and this girl was very hungry for knowledge, her name was something with a V and I saw others things that may be too weird to write. In this life I am always eager to learn and I spent the most part of my day planning my studies before I did this meditation. Thank you very much in my opinion your meditations have worked well do far 😘

I saw myself with long black hair, dark brown skin, a feather in my hair dressed in buckskin. Another vision was that of a girl on the reservation dressed in a sweater standing outside near the water

I saw it I saw it as I was standing in front of lake u found myself wearing traditional type of Chinese/Korean shoe then I found myself wearing traditional blue dress. First I saw beautiful hill and a cliff in front. I found myself in a small kid form picking flowers with someone happily I was smiling really bright as I was talking with hi. Then I found myself riding horse and the one with whom I was picking the flower was also there in another horse we two had already took an adult form. The next moment I found him falling from the cliff he was falling and saying me to wait for him and stay happy. I cried and wanted to jump from there to reach to him but behind me were some hands that stopped me. I cried continuously saying what about our promise we had what about it. Then a flashback started where under a cherry blossom tree I was playing swing and he was by my side we promised to never leave each other. Next I found myself in a room where I locked myself for days some people were knocking at the door from outside. They broke the door and came it After I found myself in a red wedding clothes My face was covered with a red piece of clothes there were ornaments and accessories which I was wearing but I was still unhappy he forced me into bed nxt he brought another girl which was shown in the nxt clip I cried and cried and found myself in a white dress where I was crying again seeing how the man I love fell down and I could do nothing And when I cane to my consciousness I was still Hicupping and crying

I learned from the nine past lives I experiences, that I'm not done here, living and I believe I saw a future life where I'll be a solider for the universe and travel to different planets. weird the place I went to resembles earth, I believe that the year was 4045. animals like lions and cheaters were on leashes like we have dogs. lol cars are big space ships(look like a car)but as big as two school buses, there were teleport machines and they were also like using a phone. I woke up because the cheater jumped in front of me trying to go after a hogg pig, also a flying dragon size of a bull dog, other stuff but it was to surreal but I knew I was there and I was educated about the environment as if I been there alot. the animals weren't going to attack what I think were humans, Everybody were dark black sun glasses due to it being a desert land (but there were grass specks in small patches that were poisonous) clothing were brown cloth like, pants,shirts and jacket, everyone wore black combat boots I guess so they can control the animals. but my friend and I had body gear on(all black) I was tall and had same color skin(brown) with Yellow eyes pupils and light brown but it had a pinkish color to it. I could go on, lol sorry for babbling

Hi Rasa, thank you for this meditation! Yesterday I tried it and I saw some people, the time was XIII and XVII centuries, it was very interesting. I didn't complete the meditation today but I shal tomorrow. But what I saw was a woman with blonde hair and green eyes. Most of her facial features I didn't see sadly. Her hair was curled and short. And he wore a white dress much like a "flapper"(maybe the wrong word) dress worn on the Jazz age. I am excited to see her again and learn more about her. Thank you for this video

I’m not sure if I imagined. I was a man named Peter Jaclyn. Had a daughter named Joanna Jaclyn and a wife. Dog named buttons and a horse - horsie. I was a farmer or a cowboy. Lived in Esther. Daughter almost drowned and was saved by a little boy, Henry. The place was so vast and green. The first thing that came up was me walking and having a sit on top of the hill and drinking water.

I once closed my eyes, without this guide in my bed.What I saw was unbelievable.I was an German soldier in ww2 sitting duck in a trench on a sea, reloading a rifle.

I've just seen A girl with long blonde hair, not a bright blonde . Sat on a chair . It was as though I looked all around her or her chair turned around itself. Maybe victorian or Georgian times. She had an apricot coloured cardigan on and a mid length petticoat dress. I'm guessing she was in her mid teens. She had something black tied around her eyes that was long and neatly tied behind her the back of her head . I noticed she had a spot on her face. It could have been a mole. I also felt like it was in a hot climate somewhere as we were in a wooden place. There were certain trees. Tropical ones. The music really helps alot I think. Thank you.

Bcz before coming at 21:08 duration just for 5 minutes I had felt some chinning pain on my left side of chest . Don't know why . Definitely it's connected to past life . Vision is not my strength but what came to my mind was Tom Dooley in the 1860 was supposed to have killed a woman and was hanged for it. Then I entered a tunnel and was traveling through it, I think it was my crown chakra. I already know some of my past lives by just knowing. I’ll continue trying this meditation. In the first world War I was an German soldier standing duck inside a trench reloading my Kar98k when out of a sudden I hear someone and poke my head for a second,then all went black. Maybe this is why I always loved guns and military stuff. Also,deep inside of me I have this urge to man up and defend something.

I start sitting up and the imagery is VERY vivid and I see myself for a second in the reflection and then BAM! Asleep and can't remember anything after seeing myself in a past life. I normally remember all my dreams in detail, but I remember nothing after the beginning of this meditation. I am wondering if I chose to not allow myself to know my past lives during this life in order to complete my life lesson. That or I am not ready. Don't worry I will keep trying ;)

Hi rasa, you have the most calming voice! something happened to me while listening to this and I was wondering if you could explain it to me. Even though my eyes were shut, I could see the room I was meditating in. It is literally impossible to hypnotize me and I've tried everything here. Nothing ever happened apart from this. I wish this video was a little longer....

You can train yourself to relax and let go, and it does not need to take long to do this. It sounds like you have a very strong belief about it being for you impossible to be hypnotised - I would look into this belief first.

I need help. To begin: I was always fascinated about guns and war stuff. I spent hours upon hours playing ww2 shooting games and playing with BB guns. A while back,I had an flashback of "somebody" who was sitting duck reloading his rifle while my eyes were closed. Could it mean I was that person? I also forgot to mention,in my family I had my grandmother's father fight in Ww2.

hey. .I did the meditation today. I acctuaally saw a woman. I was man . it was like we loved eacthother . a lot like a very strong bond like we were made for each other . And then I saw the pain in her eyes because I was told her "I need to go " she just said "don't " . then I started crying . I felt like I was going away from myself. ... then I saw my past life parents . another girl. It was really confusing. but tat girl whom I loved , I can acctuaally describe her entirely ; pin to pin, eye to eye. My main question is do I play the the same video for another 29 days ? Will I be able to see wat happend there?

Why do you call upon angels spirits or your higher power for protections. Also you say about feeling safe in your body. Is there something dangerous about this exercise. Like spiritually?

I had a vivid vision of my past life out of nowhere and it even gave me strong emotion and it felt like i was that person but I came here to an actual meditation and saw nothing and the mist never faded. probably just because I need more practice

I tried this today and I didn't feel like what I was seeing was real. A lot of the things I saw looked more like cartoons than real life. I was very relaxed, but it felt like my mind was trying to fight the meditation in some way. Still, I think I will keep trying and hopefully I'll be able to free up my mind a bit more.

Actually during a group meditation I had an experience of standing at the foot of the cross of Jesus Christ and in that past life I was St. Longinus holding the spear of destiny that pierced the right lung of Jesus in an attempt to lessen the time before death. During your meditation I saw a chalice and a spear. The chalice caught Jesus’s blood. A drop of Jesus blood fell on Longinus eye and cured his blindness.

Hello, hey i have a question, i am never able to vizualize the part of looking at me at the lake (mirror and garden in other meditations) but the point is that i can never enter this vizualization, so the rest of the meditation i just get partial images(or physical feelings) that i dont understand ... How do i focus on this vizualization of myself? In front of a mirror or lake or inside the garden? Nice voice :)

+richrgr Hello, thank you for watching and your question. From my personal experience I too get partial images and/or physical feelings, that is completely normal. You can write these down and review or even meditate on them at a later stage to see if anything else comes up and if you can add the pieces together. There is no wrong way to practice visualisation. Our brains are its capabilities and how we perceive are vey individual, so in other words if you find something that works for you i.e. practicing in front of a mirror, lake or a garden then yes try that. Note that you do not need to 'see' things in exact detail, you can only see your silhouette or feel yourself being there. Practice makes it perfect. I would say keep trying and if it is too difficult, then start small, visualise other, simple things, learn to 'see' them in your minds eye and then move to bigger projects, like visualising yourself. Seem like I have a brother that love me the most and he likes me to carry him, but I'm not by saying you grew up now. How long you want me to carrying you. And then we walking out from the in front of house to the street. and then I see nothing just like a short dreaming (but now I'm a younger brother in my family, I want to know what with my birthmark that I has now) in that picture that I see it's feel like winter without snow

This surprised me I actually saw something I saw a pair of sandals then I looked up more and so a long dark legs like a Egyptian I looked up more I saw pants that I didn't recognize and a weird looking robe thing then I looked up to the face and the face looked a little bit like me but not quite the contours were wrong in the hair was too silky I didn't see muchjust very foggy pictures but one thing did stand out was the girl she was the brightest of the people I saw but it was like looking at a trailer of a movie just parts and peices but the thing was it was like the author of this video was right there next toe I could even see her but she was a little foggy

Does this give me the ability to shift myself to the past date 2/11/1994, change my birthdate to 02/10/1990, live with my same parents, and stay on that designated date for real physically while negating my old reality? Can I also create my desired past or reality like changing my appearance, what life I want, what family do I want, what nationality/ethnicity I want, etc with this?

Does this allow me to give myself the ability to time travel, and/or to create alternate timelines and time portals so I get myself to be reborn on February 10, 1990, while changing my appearance, what life I want, what family do I want, and what nationality/ethnicity I want, and stay on that new birthdate for real and physically while negating my old reality?

is it possible to see more than one life? tbh I fully believe this is real..at one point I found I was a Roman Prefect and even saw a name..I researched it and found that what I saw was real! There's no way I would've known the name or any of his details including personal feelings, I like most, know of Rome and general knowledge but never really studied it. second day I saw a man who was part of the underground railroad and heard a name, again researched it and found it real again.. I'm honestly speechless

This meditation gave me an answer and a connection I much needed to become more fully in my present and I understand more why I do the things I do? I felt very powerful emotions I almost cried. How often should I meditate? Should I use the same method meditation how often for healing purposes? The more I pray and relax my muscles the more I can surrender. Thank you so much. I tried this hypnosis yesterday and the day before. It's the first time I've actually gotten a name from the time of one of my past lives! I'm still not sure if I had that name, or if it was someone I knew. Now I can do some heritage searching.

It worked, I saw my astronomy teacher in my household but I didn't know what part of my family he was... I saw I leaved in a house of adobie and I went outside and someone put a big milk bottle outside to leave a door open for me. 😍 I think I saw other things but I don't remember them all

I was waiting (and wanting) to see myself as egyptian woman couse Ive always been obsessed over ancient egypt. But when I looked my shoes I saw these sharp pointed wooden shoes. I had to rise my dress to see them. I had long light hair with curls (not natural but from braids). Then I saw myself riding a horse to my simple and small home. I danced so happily outside of the house and saw myself do some regulad house stuff there too. Then I felt this vibration or shaking feeling. And then I felt like I was spinning. I got a bit scared so I opened my eyes and stopped meditating. What does it mean?

I thought it was not working. I was trying to push to make myself see in the reflection. Then I decided I was trying to hard and relaxed then all the sudden I started talking in a different language and moving my arms in motions that were round. Then I felt a surge of energy come into my body. I also could feel energy around my body. It not what I expected.
