Story/expiation:
Hades and Neptune were best of friends (Neptune liked Hades a little more then that) but after “The Ejection” see video for more information, Hades gets ejected along with other Proto-planets whom caused chaos. Neptune is distraught to say the least and at some point Neptune starts taking to himself (He thinks he talking to Hades) sparking the concern of the other gas gaints.
