I am so tired of wasting money on brushes that are suppose to work well. I purchased the Wistona Kolinsky 0 and out of the tube it was feathered and did not hold together. Once I dipped it in the polish it did not stay together but was loose and had zero precision. What is a good brush to use when you need precision, not clean up - found that.
