How are they fasting? you can see only goes seven days without food or water when the lord instructs you to do, Jesus when 40 cause the Spirit of the Lord lead him and strength him to do so for his ministry. Do 3 days, break at 3pm or 6 pm and drink water in between. Break with fruits.
