Yaaaaaa? what story you narrated about vrinda, jalandhar and Visnu, it's true but you misunderstood. It is lila of lord which is not conditioned by the contaminations of this material world. Vrinda was a great devotee of lord Visnu only. For the sake of the world only lord Visnu broke the chastity of the vrinda devi. If it wasn't done jalandhar would have broken the chastity of sooooo many chaste women of the world. Soo what lord Visnu did was absolutely correct. If jalandhar is creating disturbances, commiting henious acts on the strength of vrinda's chastity then indirectly the chastity of vrinda is also the cause of the disturbances of the world.
