Marriage, divorce and remarriage is a serious event. And most of the world thinks it's all right to marry and divorce and remarry as many times as they want to do so. But Jesus has said something about it several times in the Gospels. And those who follow that life style commit adultery. And Rev. 21: 8 says that adulterers will end up in the lake of fire. I understand Bishop Jones' position on that issue. I have been divorced for many years and I refuse to remarry for the same reason. Hell is too hot and long for my soul to be there. I have not had sex with anyone since 1992. Fornication and adultery will put you in the lake of fire forever. God knows that I am telling the truth. HE is a keeper if you want to be kept. I've had a lot of thoughts but I refuse to act on them. To GOD BE THE GLORY!!!

Bishop Noel Jones is one of the greatest preachers of our time. It is sad to see his ministry marred with his position on marriage and divorce. I agree with Pastor Ron "marry or land the plane, because it doesn't look well". If he doesn't want to get married (that's ok), close the store take down the "open for business" sign. Bishop Jones is wrong if he is dating with no intent on getting married, because that is the purpose of dating. If they are not having sex, they are playing with fire. Prov. 6:27 Can a man take fire in his bosom, and his clothes not be burned? Hey Carlos, read your comment. I got saved 40 years ago. 5 years in my salvation I got married. Well it didn't last due to me and her. Ok, that was 35 years ago. I've never remarried, don't date, court, or any other appropriate word. I got sisters liking me in church. Like my late pastor told the church, "You can't stop someone from liking you, but you don't have to act on it.". Paul said in I Corinthians if you have power over your own will. Bishop Jones was speaking drom Matthew 19:9. Read vv. 3-12. How does anyone know he's having a sexual relationship with Loretta? Did he or she tell you? I do see that she loves him and would like it to go further into marriage but he has stated he doesn't want to be married so she needs to release herself so she can have a chance at getting married instead of hanging around trying to change someone's mind otherwise or convince them that you are the one. You only end up hurting yourself.

This is something I didn't know about Bishop Jones. Perhaps I, myself did not want to know. Pastors are not above their mistakes. I absolutely do not agree with dating a woman if you do NOT have any intentions on marrying the woman. If you are a commitphobe, it is not okay to flaunt a concubine while being a role model for many young people, including myself. It suggests a Worldly concept that God does not approve of. Period. I hear what Bishop Jones is saying, but bible also says marriage is honorable in ALL and the bed undefiled. I believe God will bless a new marriage. The Lord also said in Matthew 19:11 that all men can't receive this saying. I think it's a case by case basis. I don’t normally comment but I felt this was very inconsiderate of how people we’re flaunting their marriages in front of someone whose been threw pain. What’s the point of being married yet have no influence on the world. He didn’t have to share the reasons why but I know his journey ministers to millions in the world who have gone threw the same pain. Secondly, why are people so judgemental even towards our brothers and sisters in Christ where is the love of God we are to show one another. I am not surprised why my unbeliever friends don’t want to come to Christ because of this judgemental (Pharisee) attitudes that go on I’m in my 20’s from London and this just happened to come across my feed, I have been threw heart break and was hoping this would have been another exceptional lesson I would learn. I didn’t expect to see him treated like this and it saddens me of how we treat our own. The only person I even know in the room is Bishop Noel Jones. His influence has positively impacted us who live London and I’m sure millions of others around the world. The Holy Spirit always recommends Bishops Noel’s sermons to me whenever I go through pain so I think we should be careful how we treat our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. I know thr ministry of Rev. Jones for many years. He has an awesome gift but his character as a man of God does not measure up to the expectations laid out in scripture. His arguments essentially defending his loose lifestyle are not Biblical they are based on humanistically inspired reasoning. He knows better than this. His mother would turn in her grave if she knew how he has pumped Jesus for personal gain.

Ron Gibson needs to revisit the contextual meaning of the scriptures that he quoted. When he quoted the scriptures in Romans, it was talking about foods and dietary restrictions.

I did not know about this I have never watched Preachers of LA, and I don’t think. I’m going to now, neither do I know of His behavioral conduct concerning immortality, but these people knows you Bishop Jones. If You have been dating for 15-16 years.😳 Wow! I’m from the old school I’m not that old but honestly I have to agree with these people that if you are setting a bad example for young perspective Ministers in your church, then that is not a good example or biblical. I also agree with you in regards to St Matt 19:1-12. In the Apostolic doctrine ours biblical principles on marriages and divorces is in agreement with the Bible.
