This was right about the time I started listening to NF. My real dad passed away in December of 2019. We weren’t close as it was a bad situation and I had a stepdad who treated me as his own. I listened to almost exclusively newer rock. The morning I found out he passed away I was listening to RU-vid. This song was suggested randomly in the mix of the rock I was listening to. I almost turned it. But the longer I listened the more I liked the sound. Newer rap had been passed over by me for so long due to how terrible it was. This was a breath of fresh air. The more I listened to him, the more it helped me cope with my messed up situation with my dad. Took a couple of years for my wife to get on board with him but now she loves him and so do my kids. We went to the Columbus opening show and it was a blast. My favorite artist 💯

@@dominiclara799 I appreciate that. It’s not too bad to talk about it now as I’ve learned to cope. And having kids has helped that along as I try to be everything he wasn’t. Too often we pass down our traumas to our kids. I knew what it was to go through that, never would I wish that on anyone especially my kids. NF has a way to express things most of us cannot, or use it as a doorway to start the conversation. Many times I’ve sent my wife songs to listen to and have basically said this is how I feel.
This was how I rediscovered NF and remembered how much I loved him and his music. Now I can't imagine not listening to him. Also, he did see a therapist, but after the perception you're he had a mental breakdown and checked himself into something like a 2 week treatment facility. I think that's why it took him almost 2 years to put this album out after putting out 3 in 3 years.
this was my introduction to Nate........watched Knox Hill react to this, my jaw dropped, and 60 min later, I owned all his music. Loving the journey! Hope you guys go back to Moments album at some point. Circles and Reality my faves, but whole album is pure FLAMEZZZZZ. #nfrealmusic

Hey guys i watched all of these in one sitting and I really enjoyed them nf is my favorite and it was really interesting to watch you guys to react to them and to put his messages into the real world from your guys perspective as pastors so I just wanted to say great work and I look forward to seeing and watching more
I'm a 65 yr old Aussie grandma and this man raps my life my kids introduced me to him with how could you leave us as a herion addict for many years I just cried and cried because I did this to them but my beautiful children told mr that they had already forgiven me. I have listened to all his music except hope because I'm not ready I have no hope and I'm not sure I want it. Just as a side note I was a Christian for many years but when I needed him most he desertede so now I'm an atheist sorry

Y’all should try reacting to Fit For A King. They’re a Christian metal band that references a lot of bible verses and Christianity in their music. God Of Fire is a good one, it’s about certain members of faith that portray God as an all mighty figure that you better bow down to or be struck down instead of a god of love and passion. Theres actually quite a few very Christian metal bands which surprises a lot of people. Memphis May Fire is another really popular Christian metal band. For Today is also a pretty heavy metal band that’s no longer together because the vocalist moved on to become a full time pastor.

I still wait for u two react on stress or hate My self with nf beacuse I csn relate big time when I was on the lowest in My life and close to take the plus out 5 years ago now still fighting but i actually took god to me and it has helped also beacuse never believed u know but yeah 🙌
