I remember playing my HS football team from AL, we played a team in GA (Clarke central) and their team was warming up to this song. They were so Crunk & hyped...we were like "shiiid, we aint winning tonight" Needless to say they beat us pretty bad.
Crunkest song ever, hands down!!!! I remember when Troy came up to Creekside HS in Fairborn GA passing out this cd, Lol. Legendary classic shit right here.
If u take away all the vocals and sound effects, this beat is completely bare bones... It takes real artistry to do what he did with this song: instilling emotion, hype, and telling a story fueled by anger. People just don't make music like that anymore.
Listening to this song in the morning is like getting 5 adrenalin shots. It always gets me every time to wake up and train no matter how tired I feel. Thank you Pastor Troy!
I remember hearing this when i moved to ATL when this first came out.... Im Jersey born and bred but I always pay much respect to the south for taking hip hop and Putting their own touch with finesse to it.... I love hip hop from everywhere its not just music its a movement..... well the older stuff... not the current hip hop played on the radio these kids today havent a clue.... Props to everyone rockin to this in 2017!!!💚💚💚💚
I remember when I was in high school in Atlanta we would go to this club called The Warehouse it was right next to the Nike Pavilion. but as we was walking up to the club, we hear the whole club yelling "We Ready, We Ready"... C murder and his entourage walking OUT of the club shaking their heads.....Memory Lane....Old Atlanta
Pastor Troy stays on my playlist. Mad respect from a cat from the South now in the Midwest. Mad underrated in all facets of music. Lyrics, delivery, production, beats, er'thang!
He was just at the legends of hip hop concert in new Orleans my wife for me tickets I am a Georgia boy originally but now reside in louisiana took me back to 97 when this first hit the streets of Macon ga.boy I was crunk lol
Was working at a Footlocker in GA in the early 2000s when Pastor Troy walked in. I tore a sales tag off of a shoe and asked him to sign it. It read: D.S.G B WE READY Thanks Troy!
Boi the A went crazy off this one, i know because i was one of them, riding around the city in that Cut Dog riding high and crazy. Gauge up and stupid with it. That boi Troy woke up Ga. Much love to Master P, my mentor but Ga was like we got this shit too. Pastor the disaster🔥😤⚡💯👔

I bought this cd like 5 times, always had someone borrow it and never give it back.😂 Soon as I heard it on radio in Dallas for Battle of Beats I had to go buy it, turned my whole basketball team onto it and back home town high school football team. Bands still play this beat! 🔥🔥🔥 #Classic
That intro do! sooo gansta he rippin on No Limit LOL.......!!!!!!!!!!!! Remember when every song had a vocal non musical intro. This reminds me of growing up in FLA 90s and 00's
I remember when I was in college at Georgia Southern, I was one of the fortunate ones to actually receive a copy of this CD from Pastor Troy himself! Him and a bunch of other guys were in a burgundy chevy on some twentys, those were hot back then, I just remember this tall dude with a long beard telling me "gone and cop dis CD, it's jammin" little did I know It was Pastor Troy himself or what he would become, He came and perform this at Club Legends and everybody wents nuts afterwards!!
And every label in new orleans was beefing before this, and three 6 and the whole memphis rap scene was beefing with bone thugs before this, and luke with nwa
I’m here because Georgia just flipped from republican to democratic in the 2020 election! Georgia has emerged as a battleground state and I’m so proud! “Ain’t no mo play I’m GA!” Indeed!
