I appreciate the honesty. It takes more than a one shot wonder to confirm or disprove the effectiveness. Even if it did provide the performance increases claimed, I’d need to be able to repeat the trial several times. What I’m more interested in is the lower stress. We use a proprietary combination of herbs in our feed that has proven to lower apparent stress. The effect on gain is zero, but so is the effect on consumption. Given that small children are so involved on our operation, it’s worth the effort for us to raise the herbs and incorporate them in to our ration.

What are your thoughts on growing pasture for 100% of the feed? I’ve seen other growers claim they can use extra clover in their grass mixes to get enough protein to grow their birds.

Really thought this was going to be an advertisement for yet another product that claims to beat nature. Thanks for not selling out and actually being honest. As a new farmer, I look to this channel so much for good information. As a former inventory analyst, anytime someone shills a product without actual data, I unsubscribe. I truly appreciate the extra effort and costs y'all took on to spread this information for the rest of us.

Interesting video. Thanks. 🌞🌱❤️ If we consider wholistic flock health a breeder farm would be a great place to start the nutrient absorption with Mom and Dad even before breeding. If these birds naturally breed, starting them with superior nutrient absorption would be a great start. It could and should yield little to no brooder mortality. Even considering an on pasture brooder test with bulk loaded live food and grasses in addition to organic feed. We researched our local wild turkeys and learned quickly that the enclosures lead to mortality while the clutches raise on pasture thrived. As per straight run ratios, pastured birds created more Toms than Hens.
