Pat McAfee On What Is Going On With FanDuel & The Future Of His Show 

Also afraid of the same thing. Going to be a big company is gonna get rid of the conversations that make this show what it is. I’m a father so I understand what Pat is saying as well but man the show being independent is really what makes the show what it is.

Facts!! RU-vid is the future. Which is why so many people have started RU-vid channels. Like Colin with the volume. He’s double dipping right now, building a base and eventually will strictly be on RU-vid. So he can be himself without having an overbearing executive keeping him PC. Colin and Nick are at their best when they’re on the volume together. Pat has shown people the blueprint to massive independent success. So to go to ESPN/ FOX would be a huge mistake. But if Pat is getting to the point where he just wants a huge bag and sees an end in sight. Because he wants to be a family man, I would totally understand. But considering how ESPN tried to screw them over with not allowing their people to appear on the show. That should tell you enough about going to the woke side.

The show stopped being independent when they got a 9 figure investment.

Pat mentions he wants freedom and that's a way to have residual income forever is to build a brand "PMS" and make your own network similar to daily wire and what they have done (regardless of your political views they have set the precedent for tv personalities turning their brand into their own network) Imagine 4-5 years down the line Boston Connor running his own segments 😂

Maybe he’s talking about a 24/7 live RU-vid show, just like sports radio shows have. Maybe he will take the Howard stern route and just work when he wants and have a support staff around him keeping things moving

Check the video from the 27th Feb, it's still there. Not to mention the bets all season and playoffs. It was mentioned a lot.

my best friend never wanted a kid, was always fine and 100% happy doing his thing, but then decided to have a kid because he thought the girl he met would be such a great mom and she wanted one so he was like ok fine, they tried and had a miscarriage, was a whole ordeal, but they ultimately tried again and succeeded fast forward 3 years later, they are both broke and miserable, they haven't gotten along in years and are just constantly bitter to each other because they aren't able to do the things they loved like they used to and EVERY SINGLE THING in their lives revolve around taking care of / paying for this kid family isn't always #1, sometimes it's perfectly okay to keep yourself and your own life/interests/career as the #1 thing had my best friend listened to his own life-long instincts and stuck by them, he wouldn't make "jokes" about suicide to get away from the crippling stress and debt that he decided to take on in order to live a life he never actually wanted but mentally convinced himself to take on they went from the happiest most fun loving sex having couple i've ever seen to being stressed and miserable every day be careful what you wish for Pat
