@@ZingoKumar I'm a dietitian, check the latest ifct, chai or rusk has nowhere even close to the amount of heavy metals present in this multivitamin. And if you wanna be truly safe don't follow the fssai limits, they are extremely lenient, refer to prop 65 limits for supplements, that's the best guideline we have for heavy metals in health supplements

Please consider mr. Arpit how are you so sure that the fssai limits are safe because west european countries set the limit of intake per day not the limit found in product. Suppose fssai limit for heavy metals is 4ppm and you consumes 5 products daily which have 1.5ppm of heavy metals but you are consuming 7.5mg of heavy metals everyday which could be harmful if it is beyond total safe daily intake of heavy metals. You are doing a fantastic job.
