Yoga sutras are the manual for life a description of life capacity of life, like an equipment has catalogue of how to commission and how to switch on the equipment and how it work and what are its capacity and what all it can do and what are its limit and so on as the manufacturer describes, the same way Patanjali has given the yoga sutra to know how the human body functions and how it can be tamed and how it can be excelled and reach the next level of life, but the pity is the so called intellect and the gurus have expressed the very first sutra itself wrongly as ''now here begins the yoga instruction'' and so on what a pity, the day one starts forming and is born, the very birth itself is ATHA YOGANUSASANAM it is upto the individual to know and understand it is there most of them get terminated because they don't get even know.
