20:03 I use the laser pistols a lot. I think they shoot faster when charged now so you don't spend time standing still also since the laser pistol charges so fast it is easy to fire a charged shot buy accident. The bar emptying faster helps prevent that. Overall, the charge shot is still kinda bad and I never use it on purpose.
