it’s been nearly 3 years and this was still the best event of the game. no hard puzzles no long ass quests no boring stuff.. calling your friends to use the boats together etc.. such nostalgic songs

Orchestral compositions are very expensive, you can be reassured that the music will definitely make more appearances in the future, otherwise it was an awful business decision. However, I doubt that the music will return for Inazuma, because the music has a big anemo vibe to it.

i agree, genshin is the best game i've ever played, if you don't want to spend money in this game, you just have to have patience and be really sure about the character you want, if you want a single character, just collect free primo and not to spend it until your wanted character banner arrives, you just can't wish for every character if you're f2p, unless you already stockpiling a mountain of primo :D

Golden Archipelago feels nostalgic even though its only been like 3 years... Time really does fly fast doesn't it? Admiring the waters, the adventure ahead of you, and most importantly, reminiscing the journey you left behind to remember.

Gosh same here. Im having soo much nostalgic for Golden Archipelago. The scenery while we boat across islands along with this ost was just mesmerized. Probably 1.6 and 2.8 Golden Archipelago were my favorite events of the entire Genshin events. It just the ost were sooo beautiful, and plus with the scenery. Gosh im teared a bit right here. Miss those good moments

Here with 7 days on the Golden Island Archipelago left and feeling so nostalgic. It's so painful to know it's going to be gone soon. Feels like it was just yesterday that we experienced Acts 1-3 with everyone arriving on the islands and getting into trouble, fighting Maguu kenki and seeing Diluc and Kaeya being immature together.

not me here just a few minutes after the Golden Apple Archipelago is gone 😔 seriously though I had to find out if someone uploaded the BGM on yt so I could listen to it again. I spent the last few minutes in game until the server maintenance began and I’m very sad that the Archipelago isn’t a permanent addition to the game :(

hoyo really knows how to manipulate us through music if you don't want to see this you're free to do it, but to me it's as clear as the sun This game's music is a wonderful example of how emotions in music can bind people to its content. Because just imagine to play without music: it'd be totally different, a real different experience. And they do know it, considering how much they're investing into music since this game's launch.

Nostalgia hits like fricken truck evertime I hear these songs. I fr watched this same video a year ago as well. 1st time introduced to the golden apple archipelago was the best, with Klee, Razor, Jean, Barbra, Keaya, Diluc... I believe Bennett also came? Its been like 2 years, not sure. Even seeing Dvalin and Venti was nice. I will never forget the first adventures we had on these Islands. 💖

Inazuma is out and all i can think about while exploring is that i miss this soundtrack while riding on a boat. Inazuma is oppresive, it's dark and tragic, and i miss the summer beats of this update Edit: 3:39 this little homage to Windwaker made me teary-eyed, holy damn.

With the GAA returning to us, and some people (like me) are making a playlist on their respective music streaming platform of this soundtrack to listen to, rinse and repeat (all the way until the Sumeru OST is out), here is a list of the title of the songs in this playlist, in order of apperance, CMIIW: 1. Track no. 4 hit me so hard, this soundtrack always remembering me about these island is not permanent area . just really sad even this golden apple archipelagos is not end yet, but feels like we will lost these beautiful islands with so good content packed with so good music , with really good summer vibes, 1.6 is the best update so far

23/01/2023 have been a regular player since 1.3, still remember just getting ready for inazuma after patch 1.6 and saving for yoimiya, having fun with 2 of my friends exploring all of the islands, enjoying the story and just vibing to the music, helping all the kazuha havers fight the magu kenki, look for sea ganoderma. of the two of my friends one has quit recently after getting his account stolen and just general bad luck and the other friend has not quit but got scammed off by a person and now is trying to get his account back. nevertheless i digress, patch 1.6 was like more than half a year ago, the nostalgia hits hard. i don't play as much as i used to play then, responsibilities and stuff but i hope i'm here for the end of this beautiful game

13:38 Is the most Memorial OST for Me. The "Golden Apple Archipelago" Event just blow up my mind, I feel like Im going back to the time I play Genshin Impact for the first time. Exploring some places to get a Chest, The Puzzles. It's pretty Different than the whole Event i've ever done. It's giving back fun like at the first time I play it. The Quest also relaxing, the music... and the Golden Apple Archipelago itself. Im waiting those kind of feeling again in Genshin Impact. Unfortunately, the launch of the new Region, Inazuma doesn't give me those kind of feeling. There's a lot of Plot Holes, and etc. in the Story. The Exploration just feels so normal. I mean, like nothing is special on it. Hope the game give me a lot of fun stuff again in the future Ahhh... I really really miss that Event

Honestly there's nothing out at sea for us to even explore, not to mention the abundance of teleport waypoints make it so we never even have to cross the sea. It would be cool, and hopefully we get something like it in inazuma, but it honestly seems like a feature that would be quickly forgotten unless that added more features to water exploration and scenery

I mean we already have achievements which require the skiff anyways so I doubt they’ll remove the skiffs,this event and the islands,are gonna be memorable (for a long time,who knows when these islands will return because as a Honkai player i know they DO not rerun events,they probably could rerun Lantern rite or Windblume tho I don’t see they’ll rerun the Archepelago,for a few years

At first, I find most of the songs to be especially chill and relaxing, however after completing some of the world quests and collecting the Echoing Conches, I can't help but to feel quite sad and nostalgic instead.

Coming back to listen this OST while doing some work. After a month without Golden Apple Archipelago this already feels too sad. But also, I feel hapiness for those memories we made there. This gives a lot of value to all those screenshots, videos you recorded here, like our own sad real world, where you could be in a vacation place for a weekend with the ones you love, and then youre back home feeling nostalgic but you have all the pictures and all the memories. I think that's why 1.6 event quests were so perfect. The quality of this game is something that blows my mind every single time.

It's been half a year. Until now, i couldn't listen this ost, because it hits me hard. Now that I'm finally listening, I'm indeed crying. Always the things i love makes me feel like this. This immense nostalgia, and it feel like it'll never end. It's a sea of nostalgia. I'm really glad I found this game last year, it make my 2021 full of memories. Kazuha is my fav character of the game, and having him while I was exploring Golden Apple Archipelago is an amazing feeling. Mosty, some of them took a break because of YT burnout and to those who left Genshin left for a while because of the lack of content and it’s repetitive. I think those content creators will come back eventually in Genshin Impact, in the next update to be specific. This is exciting!
