In this glitch you can choose any loadout to spawn while being infected. To activate the glitch first you need to join a infected game mode match then when the infection starts quickly leave the match then rejoin the match, choose any loadout then spawn in then don't move for 1 second then spam jump and press the forward button at the same time, If this doesn't work leave the match then rejoin then do it again till the glitch is successful.
