Thanks for the tip your patch job idea was better than mine I was going to replace the whole floor but I think I'll just replace the parts that are bad patch it in thanks.
Shouldn’t be a problem as long as you do not touch the tank with the welder or arch if it’s pretty much touching it I’d recommend dropping or draining the tank
