If I can speak for all of us as viewers: We’ve subscribed to YOU. You are now Zoella, Zoe Sugg, Girlfriend, best friend and Mom. We want to see you. Whatever that might be. We want to hear/see whatever you’re going through and experiencing in the day. If you just want a place to vent we are here to listen. If you have to dust your TV we are here for that too. 😂 We would watch you everyday if we could but if you can only post 3 times a year we’ll still be here watching that 3 hour vlog. 😉 Just because we have subscribed to you doesn’t mean you “owe” us anything. Without a doubt, RU-vid wins hands down! RU-vid allows more freedom to the user. In fact, the reason I hate, loathe and despise Instagram so much is the 24 hour time limit to stories, how choppy it gets between the stories and it constantly stalls out all of the time mid-story/reel. Most annoyingly, if you can’t fit everyone you want to watch into your schedule, then you just miss out. I know I will never have some tech app dictate the use of my time, regardless of FOMO. RU-vid allows me the freedom to watch at MY convenience and never miss out on the content in which I have interests, which is exactly how it should be! That and also the fact that the vertical filming on Instagram absolutely does my head in! Have they seen the aspect ratio of a television, computer monitor or laptop screen? Vertical, they are not! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ So bring on the patchwork videos that I feel are more likely to allow you to have a better connection with your viewers and thus create a more loyal following. e.g. I have been watching since you were making YT videos in your bedroom at your dad’s house!

I definitely prefer RU-vid! I love feeling like I'm hanging out with you and your family! Even if that's just chatting, time lapses of you cleaning, cooking, or evening walks with Alfie. I love it. It is more personalized. I personally dont mind if it takes longer to see the content! If it is 30-50 minutes it is well worth it!

I’ve raised 6 kids on my own and still worked . It’s hard but each year gets easier as you watch them grow . Makes you feel so proud when you see them turn into young adults and make their own way in life Thing I’m struggling with now is empty nest . They’ve all flown the nest and I’m so lonely and lost and need to find a life for myself again , it’s like I have to re invent myself again but it’s scary . RU-vid vlogs is by far the most satisfying and meaningful AND rewatchable. Insta stories feel very disposable. (even if you don't like the idea) it's probably time to trust an editor for both RU-vid and insta so you can focus on other things you love 💛🐰 Thanks for the vlog! I personally love youtube videos. You’re my comfort place, i watch you everyday, i dont mind if its a 5 minute video a week, or a 1 hour video a month, im happy to wait for your videos, having said that i also watch you on instagram. I personally dont like instagram, but i go on to see your feed posts, reels & stories. Im an overthinker too so I completely understand how you feel. But i know alot of your viewers will feel the same as i do & are just happy to see you when we can. We understand life with a baby is harder and more comsuming. But for me i’d rather have your patch work vlogs over multiple days/weeks than nothing. I loved this video. Hope my imput helps ❤️❤️
