Everyone has been talking about how these MIGHT wear.... Well here it is. Almost 50 miles walked in them. It wasn't hard steps but its still wear. I wouldn't play ball in any Jordan 1, much less these.
They wore..... surprisingly well.... for how all of the big RU-vidrs are talking about them. I am still not a huge fan of them, myself but I ended up liking them more than I expected I would. Watch the video for the wear details.

Very helpful video! You're right, none of the other big youtubers gave us a look at how patent leather holds up so thank you for this video!! I'll probably wear crease guards with these to at least "limit" how bad the creasing gets. Got mine in the mail the other day and I love them.

finally a video that would show the creasing of this breds. I mean, the shoe is definitely great looking as what the other youtuber says, but will it last? will the creasing crease beatifully similar to those soft leathers? This answered all that. Awesome video! I have been searching for this type of video, since everyone has been saying the creasing and cracking will be really bad. I can now wear mine with out worrying too much about the crease/cracks. Definitely liking and subbing. Keep up the great work!

Patent leather is very durable, but should you manage to really beat these up, you can then start the process of ‘dematting’ the patent finish and you’ll be left with a standard pair of bred 1’s. Something to think about.

You would have to wear them everyday all day for that to happen in a short amount of time , I don’t wear my sneakers everyday , only when I’m going out. Other than that I wear slides and security shoes everyday

They look great. I wouldn't have expected them to wear as badly as what a lot of people think. Patent leather is great, you can wear it in the rain and you can wipe anything off of it with a damp rag.

there are a couple of scuffs but not bad at all. I wore them a lot but I don't really wear them hard... I'm an adult who works in an office

Get sole guards, and a toe guard, the patent leather really creases and it stays there.

Them shoes still look good and if you put some crease protectors they'll hold up even better, didn't know if to buy the shoe cause of how they would hold up but this video made me change my mind definitely a must cop since the price isn't that crazy
