So glad that I had a vasectomy at 31 years old (now 48). I had a few women (ex-girlfriends) claim that I was the father of their children. I always LOVE to see their faces and reaction when they see my vasectomy report from my doctor. LOL

I see plenty of men walking around with kids that don’t look like them. Eventually the truth come out. It always does. Paternity fraud is very prevalent. DNA test married or not. Children that are NOT yours is no blessing it’s a burden.

The truth should be told. Lying and covering up the lie only hurts the child. In every case where the truth was eventually revealed, the 1 question that's ALWAYS asked by the child, be it a minor child or an adult child is, "Why didn't anyone tell me the truth?"

This is NOT about children, this is all about power and money. First off every guy should be able to have to have a DNA test. Woman that get caught lying should go to jail. The "father" should be free from paying child support. If a divorce happens there should not be alimony awarded to the Female.

The proposed Federal law should look something like this: No father's name shall be placed on Live Birth Certificates WITHOUT DNA testing to prove Paternity. No Voluntary AOP (Acknowledgement of Paternity) Forms shall be allowed by any State. Mothers who are: 1. Married DO NOT have the right to refuse DNA testing. 2. Unmarried but name a father either in a Child support case or by applying for Welfare/Medicaid benefits shall not have the right to refuse a DNA test to prove paternity PRIOR to receiving any benefits from State,Local, or Federal sources or from the putative father. 3. If married but the spouse is proven by DNA testing to not be the biological father he shall not ever be subject to providing any support for the child unless he voluntarily LEGALLY adopts said child. This shall also serve in ALL States as a Fault Based reason for Divorce where NO Alimony/Maintenance shall be awarded. 4. For children born prior to the effective date of this Act: In divorce cases: 1. DNA testing SHALL BE performed on every child without fail to establish paternity for the subject of child support. 2. In the cases that children that were born and the Husband is not the Biological Father unless Legally Adopted there shall be NO CHILD SUPPORT for those children awarded at any time. Additionally in cases where the wife broke the sanctity of the Marriage and passed off her Illicit offspring as her Husbands biological children there will be NO Alimony/Maintenance awarded under any circumstances. In case of Paternity being established without DNA testing PRIOR to this Act by any court OR Voluntary AOP: 1. Men who are currently paying Child Support shall have the right to: A. Have a DNA test done to prove Paternity: If Paternity is disproved by DNA Test Family courts SHALL: Immediately stop Child Support payments,Garnishments, and back Child Support shall be dismissed in its entirety. B. If Child Support payer has been: Jailed,Charged with Felonies or any other Legalities connected to the Child Support case: These shall be PERMANENTLY wiped clean form their record. C. All monies that have been taken from Child Support Payer SHALL BE: Returned within 30 days by the State agency enforcing and collecting Child Support orders within each State along with Statutory interest of 5% per Annumn. These monies shall not be subject to any tax of any kind by Federal,State,Local, or Municipality Taxes. D. In the cases of where child support payments have been made but the payments have been stopped due to the child reaching Majority age if requested by the putative father a DNA test Shall BE administered by the court and if paternity is disproven regardless of how long ago the Child Support ended all of Part C. above shall apply. Adult Children in these cases SHALL NOT have the right to refuse testing. In C and D State Child Support agencies shall have the ability to recover such monies from the mother unless she can prove by DNA test who the Biological father is. In such cases the Mother shall STILL be Responsible for 50% of Monies to be recovered by the State. States that refuse to follow this ACT: Face immediate termination of ALL Title IV Act monies until they come into compliance with this ACT. This act overrides the Bradley Amendment Act and Title IV Act parts that are in conflict with this ACT. Family Court Judges who refuse to follow this ACT shall be: Subject to Arrest by Federal Officers and trial by the Federal Govt. If found guilty of subverting this ACT Shall be subject to: Not less than 10 years in a Maximum Security Federal Prison AND $100,000.00 fine .

A women knows when she gets pregnant. Whether she wants to admit it or not. This includes having sex with 2 or more men.

After considering both sides of the debate. I do agree paternity test should be mandatory. The truth should be the main motive so the child can know their paternal family in life and hold the man to his responsibilities of his child.

I have red 2 different studies in 2 different decades in 2 different parts of the country. The results were the same. 30% of the babies born for the year of the study were not the signed father's.

DNA testing needs to mandatory for every live birth in the United States and Canada. There was a bill sponsored by a prominent Tennessee politician to make it mandatory in Tennessee but it was defeated by feminists and attorneys, both of which profit from these false claims. Men, particularly those of strong financial means, need to avoid relationships of any kind. Many women engage in the practice of “father shopping” where they try to force a man of means into paternity regardless of whether or not he is the biological father.

Yes the laws need to be changed. And yes DNA should be changed. And I am sorry but the supposed to be father that the lady says is the dad and ends up not being the biological father is up the creek and on the hook for the rest of the childs life. I have been the friend before the other way around and I NEVER get involved in my friends romantic relationships no matter what I know or saw. It's just as pointless to tell a friend that you observed their man cheating with someone else because or that the person they in a relationship with shows all the signs of being judgmental or abusive and not staying because.... 1. The friend will never believe you as the friend will always take the word of the person they fuckin over your word. And 2. The friend will most likely try to blame you for this somehow and stop being your friend anyway. I’m sorry if you are that person‘s true friend bump their feelings if you have proof or if you have an inkling that it might not be his kid you need to tell him. if you were actually ever his friend. I would do that 100 times out of 100 even if I lose that friend and if he chooses to stay or not get the DNA test that’s on him but he needs to know you aren’t a true friend if you don’t.
