Path of Apmeken Pre Patch Update Example(ToA Monkey room)(Webweaver Strategy/No melee or mage gear)

Today I tested out the ToA monkey room in beta worlds for a update that will possibly be added into game. I haven't tried speedrunning the room with bp but came up with a really nice method that will make this room really relaxed. Its pretty much just camping masori/range gear while getting the shamans and cursed baboons with the webweaver. This takes almost no damage and feels way different from how the room is now without the update.
Since shadow/voidwaker have a max hit without any mage/melee gear on you can 1 hit the brawlers and throwers at any invo.
This room was probably my least favorite to run and why i kinda stopped doing ToA for a bit. This update along with baba doing less damage through prayer will make runs a lot more fun.
Hopefully this gets added into the game. I did hear some people say on reddit this could make the room harder especially with hp scaling. Its always a 1 hit even at 500+ and hp only increases for shamans and cursed baboons.

If you've got a bowfa or whatever you can just camp 1 style in 150s. I tried to camp a venator bow in 300s for funsies and even that worked.

I don’t really feel motivated to upload colosseum videos this toa video was really fun to though. I feel like there’s a lot of guides too that can explain a lot more than just a run since I don’t commentate videos. This is how it should have always been from day 1, the challenge to the room is just being fast enough to click on baboons and keep up with what is spawning in, its stupid to be hitting 0's and make it a DPS room as well

Nice simplified strat, this looks more fun than what we currently have. I don't mind the room since the Volatile change, but it definitely is out of line when compared to the other puzzle rooms.

i think jagex is going to reduce shamans/cursed baboons to roll on 0 invo also after rebalance post on reddit today. monkey rooms going to be really nice after update

I use multicolor highlights these are the settings i use imgur.com/a/xWTput1 imgur.com/a/7SjRFaN I think most people use the opposite colors like the melee baboon as blue. This should make it kinda easy to see how to get the setting for each baboon

Yea i only play on fixed. I've tried resizeable and can barely switch gear/prayers since i haven't learned how to play with the different layouts
