i consider myself a very good experienced old poe player and ill tell u this you are doing an amazing job i give all this info to my group of friends you are doing it on a major scale keep it up and keep true to yourself cheers.
Thank you dude for sharing with this guide. I like this way - first my "easy" divines :) after 1500 hours of poe now with baby steps i can go come closer to end game. New feelings and goose bumps! THANK YOU MILLION TIMES ♥
Good video, regarding the passive tree if you connect down from Crystal resonance through the 0.5% duplication node you can then save 2 points by cutting the 3 duplication nodes on the left, and if you cut down the Cryptic gateways you can then connect with the 2 points on the right of Secret Operations to get back 1% duplication you lost by cutting the nodes on the left, and with your 2 new points plus getting back 1 quant point on the wheel you can then get trial of glory witch is a good wild card for a chance of getting 1.5 divs every 3 improved trials you do.
In regards to the TFT bulk selling, Once you have someone in your party its better to just edit your message with with double tilde pre and after text, as that will cross out the text (~~Message~~), this way both partys can still view what they trade and other people can establish a pricing rate at which people are buying stuff
BRO. thanks. get well soon. ur video just randomly poped up - amazing. i am new to this game. a lot of info (my head is blowing) i dont understand a lot of what in the video, but it gives me another hope, that i could do something good in that game thanks, bro.
Awesome! I saw TFT several times but I had no idea what was that about. That website and discord implemention is really nice. Well done sir, explaining how to sell what we farmed at the end of the video is excellent choice.
Casually running my dream flicker build. This is the first league ive ever been able to run t16 maps with flicker strike so that feels great(after 8 years of trying) But thank you for this video! Very useful. Biggest issue im finding is delirium the mobs get way too tanky/start doing too much damage
Yea flicker is melee and unfortunately GGG hates melee haha. If you have Path of building you can use the import feature and search my account "Lbamethos". My flicker build is on there and you might get some ideas on how to make it tankier. Stay strong Astro!
@Safe On Talk thanks! True rip melee :( Loving finally being able to play flicker and will do, I'm thinking it's phys and chaos killing me but I don't really have much wiggle room xD and have a bit over 70% evasion chance. Will definitely look up your build and see if I can fit something in. Thank you!
@@TheCosmicAstro- i guess I didnt take into account you might be playing a different class as flicker than me. You might want to look into getting a shield that has the 100% shock avoidance passive on its crucible tree. Then you can buy (or save up) for a stormshroud jewel. That immunity to all elemental ailments helps a TON with defense
@Safe On Talk I'm playing raider as well. Pretty sure I'm sitting at 70% ailment avoidance. Not ideal but pretty good. I'm level 81 but still have a bunch of stuff I'm looking to get lol. Gonna try and squeeze in that last 30% somewhere
Love the video. I'm a big fan of stuff you don't really have to stop and spend time on. One question, should you be taking the quant/rarity nodes in the very center to move between the essence and harvest nodes? They seem categorically better than using the quant nodes.
Very Nice guide I tend to do this at the start of every league. Only thing I would add if you don't mind is that I lake to take the essence of hysteria, Insanity, and Dread, and go to the crafting bench with 30 blue lifeforce each to make them all into horror's they tend to sell for the most. Also for the greed and dread essences I tend to keep them at shrieking you end up with more when bulk selling.
Thanks for the guide man! Question: I currently don't have enough damage on my RF build to completely breeze through (eg essence monsters and rares can take a sec) and I also am having some difficulty selecting alters/corrupting essences while booking it towards the boss in time. Is there any harm (beyond horrible time loss, I know) to clearing the map, then coming back for essences/loot? Are essence monsters and their drops affected by delirium? what about harvest?
Absolutely not. I believe I mention that for a quick minute somewhere in there that if you get a rather juicy essence monster thats kicking ur @$$ just go finish the map, get the delirium drop, and go back and give it a shot. Def. not worth ruining the whole map walking into a buzz-saw repeatedly :-p Same goes for harvest. You can come back and do that. Prioritize getting the delirium drops. If you can do everything in one-pass thats just bonus round :)
Bight and strongbox are the most comfortable and lazy way in my experience. Once you get a strong prolif char blights are a breeze. I hate walking and reading too much. Strongbox derivatives are harbingers and alva mission and vaal temple. Also betrayal random completion node for those betrayal chests.
nice strat, ive been running T1 essence+beast farming and it was great.... but your strat feels more better because you stack a good synergies between content( delirium+harvest) red altar(100+C ez profit each 28 maps) nice video
Good video , theres alot of players with many seasons under the belt and still dont know some of these more basic mechanics because most of the content out there is very Meta oriented.
If you're selling large bulk essences just know you're going to get scalped pretty badly by POE ninja prices when bulk selling on TFT, since people pay premium for bulk stacks on the official trade site (and they sell fast too). Palsteron made a video on it that helped me a lot, you can search "How to ACTUALLY Sell your Bulk-Tabs" to find it. Basically if you're selling big stacks at a time TFT isn't worth it, even with the time saved. If you're selling smaller stacks the time save can be worth it though. Also, upgrading Shrieking -> Deafening for some essence types is sometimes not worth it. For example, right now Deafening Essence of Greed sell for ~2.5C each, whereas Shrieking Essence of Greed sell for ~1C each. So upgrading 3 for 1 loses you about 15% of the value of your stack. Sometimes the ratio can be even worse than that, so it's worth checking with the bulk item exchange tab on the official trade site, making sure you filter by the amount of stock. (NOT poeNinja, the prices there are very often misleading)
Very much correct. You can tell this immediately when you post at 100% poe ninja price and get spammed immediately. People use flipping bots to sell them individually but that wouldn't be new player friendly. Brings to the spotlight the argument of "If it takes you the time to sell them at the going rate, how much time are you not spending in a map where you not only make that money in time playing but also the chance of dropping an item worth much more"
@@safeontalk You're right about the time you could be mapping vs currency saved by not using TFT. That's why probably the most efficient strategy once you build up enough currency to sustain your mapping for a while, is to just map until you have a solid amount of essence, and then sell them all in one trading session. With enough bulk you can save yourself divines worth that you would otherwise lose to TFT trades
I see there is only 1 favored map (first slot) for Strand in your Atlas. Why not favoring all of them to drop more? Do you buy all T16 strand maps? If you do not buy, should I use Singular Focus to sustain T16 Strands myself? Thanks in advance.
Sir, could you please explain how do you sustain T16 Strands? Buying or dropping them? In your atlas favoured maps were jungle valleys so I'm confused.
any advantage to strand over say tropical island or beach? I dont backtrack those either there are no good drops but the monster density seems a lot higher than strand for some rason, nto sure if it actually is
I could not stand another league of expedition for currency ( i like expedition but i just need a break) , so i am basically doing a variant of this all league. Started basically with exactly what you show, later i threw out the essence stuff, as i am always to lazy to liquidate them. Went for a slight variation with still Harvest+ Deli+ red altars, but a Wandering Path version + good small nodes like the top row and middle circles, also added Growing Hoards on top bc even tho i don´t like buying scarabs , buying 300-500 rusted shaper or torment scarabs at a time for pretty cheap is still ok. Still not using Sextants/ Compasses , just to lazy this league.
I feel you. I tried this strat last week, and to be honest, I was missing all the currency from expedition, so I went back to it. I am also selling the logbooks and run only runic sextant. Made a bunch of currency this league The lower pack size is also something I didn't like with this strat
Wow are you me? Also couldn't stand expedition after doing it for the whole of last league to farm my mageblood so I did the exact same strat until just yesterday as a MF charac where I finally got bored, but the currency is amazing for what is basically an alc and go strat. I also specc'd out of ess after I was done crafting my own endgame gear because I was too lazy to liquidate them as I get more, but kept harv/deli because juice and orbs sell really fast in bulk on TFT. The ability to just pop in any scarabs was also a plus at the start but after I was a lot richer I just went ahead and bought hundreds of gilded elder scarabs to fuel growing hoards for pack size. After I took out ess I spec into abyss because I saw Steel doing something similar and abyss just gave tons and tons of rare mobs.
@@Augzzz ^^ yeah expedition is great money, but I feel its gameplay of "completely stop in map and read remants , into click npc windows for hours" gets a bit old. Logbooks are a nice change if pace, but even those get old after doing them for multiple leagues in a row.
Ive played enough I could make some "poe professor" videos, but screw that. Let the majority of people make some divines and let the game grow from newer players getting the feeling of buying that 5div weapon, or 20 div watchers eye. Thanks for checking out my video man!
This is the type of video I point folks to when they say "I don't know how to make currency" Mindless strats like this one right here make casual normies like me believe there is a way to make currency without stupid amounts of juice. (I'm doing Heist this league to change it up, and my god the profitability is insane) Keep on releasing vids like this - glad the algo brought me here, good stuff!
i feel its also TFT helps a lot. as a new player i got into heist and got tons of stacked decks, and in chat ppl were saying they were going for 1:2 chaos orb. but i put it up at a ratio of 1:1 chaos orb and no one was buying it. i found TFT and sold immediately for 1:2 chaos orb in bulk. i thought rouge markers were useless and also put it up for sale on poe tradef or cheap and no one was buying it. got onto TFT n boom sold them all n i made more in 1 day than my 100 hours in poe lol.
Looks at the number by the mobs, not so much the mobs. If there is a light blue number on the plant (or an orange one for a boss), then prioritize that one. Harvest is super simple, you'll be able to pick it up quickly.
in this expansion me and a friendd tried to study better the game, and indeed, we were overthinking a lot of things this whole time, isnt so hard to make money in poe, the problem is that information is too hidden and not clear
Right? This whole time I've overlooked a cheap AF ability to reroll delirium orbs with harvest juice. Left a bunch of money in the tab for several leagues.
Not only that but people think the only way to get the big views is the big investment strategies. If people want to leave out the simple strats then fine, i'll make the videos on em so more people get to enjoy the game that I do haha
Intresting strategy: harvest and deli mirror stack with pack size, while essemce stack with quick map complition, I would rather use legion/abyss/blight so all content on the map stacks with pack size. Also you should never do essemces above white maps to reduce the chance of not being able to kill it, expecially with delirium dr on monsters
I just buy them in bulk for about 55 for a div. Certainly you dont have to do that, I just enjoy the game more picking up less random things to pickup and worry about running out of. Map sustain is going in my next tips video which will be out in a couple days for people that want to try not to trade for maps.
OK STOP RIGHT HERE! I know you put a lot of effort into the actual video, but i have an even more important question: That background music.... i recognize it from anywhere... Its the old Act 2 town music! Is it in the Hideout Music box? PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ITS CALLED IN THE MUSIC BOX IM BEGGING YOU MY BROTHER!!
If you’re just buying the blue liquid to change the delirium orbs, why spec into harvest at all in the atlas tree? If you’re not gonna run the harvest wouldn’t it be better to use those points on something else?
You can certainly get to 6 stacks (5 plus boss) pretty easily but I always had a hard time getting to 7 on cemetary or crimson. But yea play the maps you like, try and get that apothecary or brothers gift! This works in general, you can switch stuff up and still be profitable.
I always have loads of chance orbs, U can jump over to any act.. I go to 3 idk why, but force of habit, I just shift click on Scour Orbs in any city get a 30 shot of orbs for 90 er so chance orbs. Were never really using them for much, I find the scours MUCH more helpful. idk if this helps anyone, Ive gotten quite used to it, cause I always bring a stack of Scours and Alch over to my bag and roll all my maps that way to 80% quant + before I Vaal them all. Just force of habit. thought Ide share, if u need scours that's the play.
The delirium skip im assuming? If the delirium is still up it should be right above your skills in the bottom right. You can also bind the skip to a button in the settings!
Does anyone go into corrupted zones anymore? i only ask because you are reminding ppl about corruption side effects. I always hit corrupted zones in the 1-10 act
Choose a game mechanic you like (legion/harvest/blight .... etc), make a build that can farm those mechanic(s) as fast as possible within a budget. That's it 😂
3:45 haha could proberly find a better use for these 3 points somewhere... then circle the mouse around nodes that does the same but also give rarity find ;D 1% quantity 5% rarity..
Update after running this strategy, unfortunately it didn't go too well for me because I kept dying; nothing is wrong with the strategy but my build was too weak. I still made 4 divines in 2 hours but I'll be trying this strategy again after I beef up my character!
I don't understand even 1% of what he is saying, maybe i am not "beginner" enough, how many hours of gameplay does it take to be considered a "beginner"??
Yep! When I made the video it was around 8600. But again with the purple and blue not being 11400 (or double yellow) a 2 still beats a 1. The diviner's delirium has also jumped in price since this was published. Another reason this strategy seems to be getting more valuable.
I buy them on TFT for 55-60 for a divine. You can do it the map sustain way though, I put a tips pt.3 video up the other day that gives an overview on how to map sustain
yea you can use a charged compass that guarantee's a delirium mirror or makes the delirium bar fill twice as fast. The charged compass that makes sure a delirium appears costs about 20-25 chaos for 4 charges (4 maps). But honestly after they made the passive node atlas changes you get the mirror more often than not, so unless you are really juicing up your maps it isn't really worth it.
Banned from TFT because I'm in Belton's server lol Absolutely fantastic video though. Thanks for all the effort you put in this. Definitely subscribed, and look forward to more of your stuff!
I also got banned for no reason, and no one is responding on my questions… i hope ggg does somthing about this shit, you have a big disadvantage if you cant use tft
@@Philly-Vanilly that isnt true at all, there isnt much of anything you can do on tft, that you cant do on trade, and the tft community is pretty much all scammers and price fixers. if anything ggg needs to take down tft, a lot of services tft people have gotten ahold of have shot up in price immensely because there are so many people in there that they can get together and change the market whenever they want to
Nope haha. New safe on talk coming out on tuesday at 1PM and were doing the video game hall of fame live stream tomorrow afternoon :) Just expanding the playlists
The way my current atlas tree is and the one in the video isnt crazy focused into map sustain, but in the beginning i favored strand and a couple Orchard. Orchard is not a straight line like Strand but is still relatively easy to get to 5 stacks then kill the boss for 6. The boss door is almost always somewhere in the north to northwest corner of the screen so its easy to find once you hit 5 stacks. If you do it in orchard for strand maps (they are connected on the tree, so so a lot of strand maps will drop. you could also use a cartographers scarab), i suggest focus'ing on getting to 5 stacks, killing the boss, and THEN going back and doing the essences. This is because the fog can catch you easier in Orchard and stopping to do essences can bite you. After you do this strat, get a couple divines, its very beneficial to go on the WTB Maps section of TFT and buying 50-55 maps for a divine. You will make that back easily in just efficiency alone.
Why do we corrupt purple essences you mean? When you use and essence of corruption with a purple essence on it it has a chance to upgrade to 1 of the 4 essences that are worth 15-20 chaos a piece.
i found the best way for me is the jungle valley and since the altars can only be minions or players I always take the minion ones as they are basically always worth more but they dont make the other content rippy.
