People literally say this every league. Including some of the most juiced leagues we ever got. People swore for like a week straight even during Affliction that it wasn't rewarding lol. It was pretty much the same for sanctum. Many people who either skipped the mechanic or ignored it talking about how it isn't rewarding.
Kinda funny how the d4 stream talked only about the new class in a repeated loop how good its different abilities are gonna be and with almost zero gameplay. Then poe releases a volley of changes stunlocking and overwhelming you with info. Biggest contrast ive witnessed 😂
To be fair, they had 2+ hour streams afterwards with full gameplay... You can still argue the depth of content was less for sure, but it's not actually intellectually honest to criticize the lack of gameplay when it was planned to have multiple streams play the expansion for 2 hours with dev interviews thrown in while they were playing. That's just ignorance on your part. Not to mention, the reveal was solely on the class and not the expansion, comparing to a league update is not even a fair comparison. It's fine to criticize D4. There's a lot to criticize for sure. But this is just you fanboying and cheerleading rather than bringing facts and intellectual honesty to the table. You just couldn't resist the opportunity to take another shot at D4 in order to prop up your game of choice - damn whether it's true or not as this clearly didn't matter to you at all.

And yet it still has probably more players. D4 is easy to get into and enough content for a casual playing a few weeks each season and maybe get them to buy one cosmegtic or so. PoE is a clusterfuck of systems within systems on top of systems. It's easy to brick your character and hit a wall and it requires a lot of reading and trying to understand what you are supposed to do by using 3rd party websites and tools. These are two games meant for two completely different types of players
@@beaniegenie8735 maybe , but those game dont have the largest fan base like or players like D4, they dont have the same quality production, they dont have the same level of visual quality, rendering, performance, budget. yet they only compare them with D4 only because they hate the fact that D4 is more successful and still not cheap and this is why i dislike when POE players always come to tell us what is better for us casuals players, we never go crying on their POE videos to say that we want our game to be like theirs. they want to convince us to follow them when its impossible, its 2 separated games with different audience and they keep comparing the 2 , which is wild

its funny cause from what little i have seen of lily she looks like a pretty chill streamer and usually chat is a reflection of the streamer so with people like pohx, lily or ziz we usually expect chill and fun chats but i guess thats not allways the case ?

This definitely makes the d4 dev team look incompetent. The dev team working on PoE is between 120 and 200 and the D4 dev team had 8,692 and 475 thanks. With 2200+ sound and audio specifically listed. It is crazy that Blizzard has allowed this to happen. Of course, I should not be shocked when greed is a big factor in what drives a company.

@@TheRufas24 no they cater to different market. Not everyone wants to play a hardcore game. As a proof, D3 and D4 still sells a lot even though PoE has superior gameplay and free.

Sorry guys, no matter how Good Poe , a game older than more than 10 years… I still can’t get the fact it’s a free game, for me it’s a no go, why?? Because anyone can get it since it’s free. Do you know why Ferrari or Lamborghini are so valuable??? Because not everyone can afford it so for me there is no real values on things that people don’t spend to get or things that anyone just can get if he wants
That’s a terrible comparison. Ferraris and Lamborghinis are valuable mostly because of the craftsmanship, quality and their status symbol. Literally no one ever goes “Wow, that guy paid $70 for a video game. That’s so hot.” If you believe a game’s value is based on its price not its quality then you’re part of the problem why the gaming industry is a huge heap of shit right now.

What I'm seeing is a tons of nerfs to drop rates, auras, scarabs, chisels, physical to ele conversion, champion completely destroyed. Melee partially buffed but also nerfed by increasing mana cost.
