Strange since pycno irl probably had an armored skull like its fellow abelisaurids and had tough, scally skin with osteoderms. Well, add this to my "PoT moments list". Seriously, I enjoyed pycno every time I played it. Why nerf a low playable's health?! It's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Pycno is still half viable, but I prefer health over knock-back. Abelisaurs are just underrated in this game.
I also prefer hp. It's almost a bad solo dino anymore. I was about to switch to a bald one this update, good thing I saw a showcase vid that the knockback diff is not that big
pycno need a slight nerf to something, it could basically 1v1 everything in the game and Im a carni main and love pycno XD and tbh its not that bad anyways you can still 1v1 almost anything and its playstyle didnt change at all, its just squishy as it always has been.
Maybe they are changing the dinosaur stats on this server? Far too many community servers are changing dinosaur stats. It's regrettable. Another very good video.
Damage is great , you can charge someone , then bite and tail smack them and it should do 200 dmg if you are quick but he is too squishy for his size .. even laten and deino have 500 hp. I love this dino too but idk what are devs thinking.@@wtfmikosaurus
So let me say something about pycnos hp changes since people seem really upset about it, as a person who loves playing pycno myself I think the hp changes are ok, it kinda needed something nerfed as it could pretty much 1v1 everything in the game. The hp nerf doesnt change its playstyle at all and it still keeps its only weakness which is hp, and no, just because its hp is lower than conca doesnt mean it has even less hp than conca overall, it takes a rex about 3 bites to kill a pynco (MAYBE 4 before the nerf, but the pycno would have like almost no hp left) while it takes only 2 to kill a conca (with body/head shots that is). So, imo pycno is fine with the hp nerf, not really noticable imo since it never had good hp anyways lol
Edit: nvm after playing the pycno with the hp it had before the lambeo tlc I agree it was a little too squishy lol but now pycno is fine balance-wise imo
@@user-ks3mh9bs4x imo the charge changes are fine, it seems if you run and then charge you can still get max damage in a short distance, but not immediately. Which is fair imo, using charge immediately as you hit something before the animation even starts was kinda silly since you basically got a free 120 damage hit on whatever you’re fighting lol, all it forces you to do now is get a running start so you have more momentum and then activate it right before hitting your opponent.
if you mean in chat its probably to keep people's personal info from being spread, I wouldn't want my name spread all across youtube for being on a youtube video lol that is IF I didn't want it spread, but I have my own youtube channel so thats a different story lol
