People saying that the EO was playing bad, please can you tell me what was him supposed to do? I swear, people seems so desilusional , if you think you can defend against that, you never was attacked by that. Its imposible to land a hit. Edit: I know he drained stamina like a dummy. And that he wasn't against a rock. Still, if you think that makes a huge diference, you are just a laten main lol
They really should've gotten themselves to a cliff or to the water edge. Water is iffy bc of crocs, but swimming while pounced is an easy way to kill the pouncer, since they can easily drown if they aren't careful of their stam. Obv they try the water later on (way too late imo) and the crocs eliminate that option. Getting their back to a cliff would've helped even the playing field, since the Eo can't out-turn the deinon. If the deinon is forced to come at you from the front, then you've got a higher chance of being able to turn your head into their approach and attack. The valley has a ton of good, defensible cliff spots. Beyond that, the Eo spent a lot of time wasting stam by chasing the deinon (you'll never catch up anyways, better to conserve) and using their abilities at bad moments (the misplaced charge that did absolutely nothing to help them)
@@scribblecrumb seconded that the charges were really to the eo's detriment, too easy for a deinon to dodge, and they waste a lot of stam. eo has a stomp it could have been using for when the deinon jumped off. practicing this timing is really important for it to learn. it also really needs to play patiently and defensively here, using it's environment would have helped it a lot. there isn't any getting away from a raptor and eo has a lot more leeway to make mistakes in a long fight than a raptor does. raptor takes even one hit and that's a big deal for it.
The only chance the eo had was the water and it got attacked by a sarco. Its just a perspective thing if the person recording is winning then the other player is trash lol. People will always say dumb comments like that.
He wasnt playing bad. The raptor pounce is just op and this is a good raptor player. Best chance he couldve had was being with a friend. Thats really the only counter for things without the hide
To people confused what the EO could do better: 1. Bucking while pouncing, it gets rid of stam very fast. I generally give up on players who pounce if im alone because its a waste of time. 2. No charges, small dinos can dodge easy, wastes stam. 3. Put back to cliff or water
He was bucking. Charging is quite useful. Diednas a laten to close charges multiple times. And back to water doesent help as the raptors can jump through you
I enjoyed watching the video! You did better than me playing Deinonychus. I mostly miss my pounces cause I’m used to playing Isle Evrima and how it works on there. Good fight!

I asume they Will increase the stamina cost with the struggling,. Or a cap Time you can pounce. That or a new animation with a "ground roll" for big creatures.
@@diavora they'd probably add ground roll for achilobator(I definitely spelled that wrong) if they gave it pounce, or if they even add it. But I can totally see ground roll as a nerf.
Even if u did great. Its true that ability is way too powerfull. U did great dont get me wrong. But that eo wasnt doing bad people said go to water or back to a clif and i agree he could but since it was 1v1 if he would have done that people then would said " oh look he so bad going back to a wall against 1 raptor " that realy had no victory possible since u were very good and with that broken ability it become even more hard.
The fact that this is possible is one of the reason i stopped playing this game But apart from game mechanics and balance, u did a great fight perfectoy executed
I definitely agree that this thing should get a nerf. Maybe give it a stam cost to activate or a bigger cooldown. But I do not agree that this ability is broken or overpowered in any way
If I were you I wouldn’t gg on global that dudes probably fuming that he got beat by a tiny raptor as a triceratops 😂 even if he wasn’t the best eo player you adding fuel to the fire.. Just saying cause I used to be a bad player and it took me a while to get good but i fumed lots of fights and the gg’s were like a slap to the face like ‘Haha I’m better then you! You have skill issues!’ So now as a skilled player I don’t gg cause it’s rude 😂 and of course the ‘calm down it’s just a game’ excuse came afterwords when people got upset that’s even worse
I mean, what else are people gonna say other than gg? It literally means “good game” so idk why people get mad about it, if they said gg ez that would be difficult but people shouldnt get so ticked off when people kill them in a video game and then show sportsmanship. Not trying to be rude or anything but just how I see it lol.
