Bianca's English VA just revealed on twitter. It's Maddie Matsumoto, who also is the voice for Yanyan. Based on her performance in Ode to Sun, Bianca is going to be in good hands. Hopefully the EN VA of Shawn will announce their role soon too

Meta-wise, she's strongly recommended as the core and dps of the new Weakspot team, especially for new players who don't have Dreya for bleed team. It seems that Weakspot is at least as good, if not better than bleed while being more forgiving to play. Her most important teammates are Shawn and Golan. Those who are low on cubes or don't need another physical team can skip her. She doesn't need her shackles but as is typical for many S ranks, benefits quite a lot from having S1. Meta aside, I like her design and her VA sounds pretty much spot on as how I imagined Bianca to sound like. Definitely pulling for her, been pre-farming mats for the weakspot team already. As always, AISNO's impressive voice direction for the EN dub doesn't disappoint and is proof that gachas can have solid EN voiceovers. Good luck fellow chiefs

Did Erin Yvette voice Bianca? She did Summer (and Nightingale) really sounds like her *EDIT. Bianca is voiced by Maddie Matsumoto. She pretty much plays 4 characters who are all Bianca. Insane range.* She's pretty amazing!!!
