No mention of Nhimbaloth? While Asava is marshes, Nhimbaloth is swamps. Arava seeks to save souls, Nhimbaloth consumes them. These deities seem the most likely antithesis to each other. Along with their lower power level, their respective followers must despise one another.
Thanks for your videos. Your research is good and you are a pleasent narrator, making it far easier for the rest of us to learn about "new" things or discover details we didn't know.
I've got every video from now until the end of 2024 planned and scheduled, and most of them are in or done with outline and pre-scripting. That said I did adjust the plan a bit based on the positive feedback from my Sky King's Tomb video. And thank you for the kind words. My family, health, and job always take first priority. If this hobby ever gets too taxing, I'll just scale things back.
Very interesting On the topic of minor deities recently looked up the asura rana unfortunate they have barely any lore such as gavidya or some of the others
It's a weird one, because I always imagined the trope of a dancer-type battle style would be to distract/feint, but thinking on it, feinting might fall under the anathema of "intentionally misleading someone"? And if it does, I'd have to re-evaluate my preconception of a "battle dance".
If you're taking suggestions, would love to have a video on Arshea if you're doing Empyreal Lords now! One of my players was sad when I linked you to not find one on them.
I love Arshae. I've been considering them for a while, but there isn't a ton of lore available on them. That said, I'm working on some ideas for a shorter format to cover deities with less information. Thanks for the suggestion.
