The best hot dog in America folks, they use koegel vienna hot dog, you can order them online, get the 10lbs box (about 80 dogs) and vacuum seal them in groups of 8 and freeze them.

I don’t doubt that the hotdog at either of these places are good. However, as a native New Yorker, who repatriated to my ethnic homeland of Brooklyn a decade and a half ago, I don’t understand why anyone, if they were making a high quality frank, would smother it in chili, mustard, and onions. Would I be psyched to eat chili, mustard, and onions on a toasted bun? Absolutely! However, if I’m dealing with a purveyor of a truly virtuosic hot dog (at the moment, only Feltman’s, Gray’s, and possibly Katz’s do it for me), all I want is a dog on a toasted bun… no condiments.

She was right. They don’t wear gloves. Lol!
