I've prepared this recipe more than 5 times so far and it's been absolutely finger licking good! Thank you so much for this recipe. Absolutely love it!
I started cooking Asian curries in the 1980s and as the years have gone by I have learnt so much. I am of Carribbean heritage and I am teaching my daughters. I am of the opinion that Asian spices, herbs and ultimately food are the most tastiest in the world. I will be trying your curry. Thanks for teaching others to cook delicious food.🙋🏽♀️🤗😉
Hey SMITA, I tried this recipe- following it to the TEE as instructed in your video. The compliments that i got from my family compelled me to put up a line of gratitude to you. The gravy turned out super tasty and was declared the tastiest CHICKEN gravy ever made in our house (to my wife's envy) which is big thing since there are some amazing cooks in my house. Thank you so much. You are superb especially the clarity of your instructions is much appreciated.
Omg I don’t have words to say how delicious it was 😋it was superb when first time I saw this recipe I had strong feeling that it will taste amazing when I was cooking Njoyed a lot and my family loved this alot everyone should try this thank you so so much for sharing this great recipe 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I just made this. Superb! It was totally restaurant style. And once you have the cutting and chopping out of the way, the recipe is very easy to follow. Big fan of this one 👍🏻
Made it twice. This recipe is by far my fav and the taste is unlike anything I have ever tasted before! Easy to cook even for an amateur like me yet the result is absolutely mouthwatering!
I cooked it yesterday and it turned out to be so good. My father who is very skeptical about trying new things with chicken, liked it too. This is what I have learnt. 1. I used spinach leaves instead of methi (as i didn't have them) but kasuri methi (dried methi) is a must for the recipe. 2. you have to cook the chicken really well l, I did it for about 45 mins in low medium flame, still i felt it should have been cooked more. you can make slits in bigger pieces of chicken using a knife before marinating. 3. the gravy turned out really creamy and tasty and delicious, but it couldn't penetrate into the innermost parts of the chicken. 4. I would advice you to marinate the chicken for longer duration so that the spices can go inside and use smaller pieces of chicken. 5. lastly for people who have vegetarians in the house.. you can add paneer in the second gravy as shown in the video and can make paneer patilaya at the same time.. simply make some more gravy and keep it aside and add paneer to it ( remember to use different spatulas for chicken and paneer or else the vegetarians wont eat it 😅)
Look absolutely delicious. I love Indian food and I love cooking Indian food: but fair dinkum it is sometimes very complicated to make, which I find very therapeutic. And it is very, very important to follow the cooking instructions carefully. If you just toss everything in together you will end up with a terrible mess and will not taste very nice, it is the most chemistry driven cuisine in the world.
I have tried this recipe on this lockdown day, Made some modifications. It was really tasty. Mom and sister loved it very much. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Hope new videos will be uploaded soon.
This is something really unique mam.I must tell you I find most of the recipes on most of the channels very similar which discourages me from trying it.But this one is something really very different and looks quite delicious.M surely trying it today only ❤
It came out perfect because you were so careful in going step by step. I had to really go a few miles to get the fresh Methi. And may I say Smita you are one of the prettiest women I have ever seen.
Same happened with me either 🤣 i watched half video and ran for curd n all, when I started I was awed by more ingredients and had to go n buy them.. 🤦🏻
thanks for the recipe, i made it in lockdown. ran out of methi but still managed with all other ingredients. it was hell delecious, i enjoyed it.. felt like somee royal dish served in five star. i couldnt believe myself that this delecious dish was made by myself. Thank you again.
Hi Mam, I tried this tonight. I didn't get Methi leaves; in our area, this comes in the morning and that too in low quantity. Instead I put one bunch of curry leaves. I followed all the other ingredients except fresh cream. For oil, I used coconut oil. The dish turned out well and my friends (we are 6 bachelors staying together) liked it. I took about 15 cashew nuts and fried it little bit in ghee before grinding and added some water. I don't know about the taste difference if there was Methi as I haven't tried this before. Anyway, thanks for the show. Because of people like you, I got the confidence to try my chance infront of the stove. Half thanks also go to the mighty Corona Virus. Thank you very much. God Bless You.

@@larkis4821 just soak the cashews in water for 20 minutes then grind them. If you want it to be really smooth then add some milk while grinding (that's what I do haha)
Excellent recipe. I followed exact steps. Only salt and chilly powder I added as per my taste. The result was AWESOME! Best home made chicken ever. Thanks a lot for this wonderful recipe.

This recipe is such a keeper!! I marinated the chicken overnight. It came out just delicious. I didn’t have fresh methi leaves so used frozen and it worked just fine. Will be making again.
I made this today and everyone in my family loved it. Thank you so much for the recipe. It was amazing. Will recommend people to subscribe your channel for sure 😊
I searched high and low for the best creamy chicken recipe from Europe, Britain and even America but I didn't know, an Indian lady has the best of best recipe❤️. Madam should be proud of your recipe.
The flavors in there must be incredible! I can’t wait to try it but I think some ingredients aren’t easy to find like the cashew paste or the fresh leaves that she used in the gravy.
I won't talk about food, others have already said much about it,, But u mam, look absolutely gorgeous. As they say,, beautiful hands craft wonderful dishes'. 👌👌🖤🖤🖤

@@TinaaJoshi So if I use dried Fenugreek instead of fresh would the quantity still be the same, or less? I've never used fresh fenugreek so I don't know how it compares to dried. Thanks.
I watched the Mughlai Handi Chicken recipe yesterday and made it as well. It was delicious. This is the exact same recipe. Feel like all these recipes do the same thing with different fancy names.

@@larkis4821 soak the cashew nuts in water for a couple of hours. Grind the soaked nuts in a mixer grinder until you get a fine paste. Add little water while grinding if required.
Just knowing you don't have the answers is a recipe for humility, openness, acceptance, forgiveness, and an eagerness to learn - and those are all good things
I didn't have fresh methi leaves, thus I used Kasuri Methi before adding the cashew paste. It turned out to be the great. Don't worry if you don't have the fresh methi leaves.
