Did you know that KVH has been a Clinical Teaching Site for over 30 years? In fact, a few of our current Providers were part of that program before joining our staff and community.
Developing relationships has always been an important piece of our care and growth at KVH. In the medical field, approximately 70% of new doctors remain in the state where they do their residency or mentorship. Our partnership with clinical education programs provides KVH an opportunity to give back to those that support us while also recruiting new professionals who are the right fit for our services.
In patient care, the relationship between Providers and their patients has always been a vital component in community healthcare. Day-to-day, what really improves personal health is having a regular relationship with a health care provider. Access to necessary care and preventative treatments - providing a medical home - is the kind of access we strive to provide for everyone in our community.
Through improved facilities, backed by solid relationships, KVH will continue to provide caring, compassionate and personalized care as we have for the last 73 years.
