While rechargeable vibrators are usually very airtight and often waterproof sealed everywhere, so it's less likely the surgeon accidentally pierces the inside parts and gets whatever chemicals to leak out. Nope and even being constipated can eventually cause a blockage in your digestive system. You can still have watery bowl movements where the liquids can pass the blockage but the blockage will continue to become worse and eventually cause bowel perforation and that will quickly become sepsis and death. Constipation can result from not having enough fiber or becoming severely dehydrated or being moderately dehydrated for an extended period of time. There are also digestive conditions where constipation is common and blockages are a constant concern and medications are required daily such as mirilax to try to avoid blockages and reduce the constipation. Some people actually cannot have higher fiber diets and can become constipated with too much fiber. At any rate since you can end up with a blockage and in surgery just because your digestive system isn’t moving properly, then you absolutely will end up in surgery for a foreign object being stuck in your digestive system. Also if your digestive system cannot clear poop with more poop then obviously it cannot move a larger non malleable foreign object via more poop trying to move through. It will simply continue to back up, the bowl will become inflamed and eventually the bowl will perforate because it can only stretch in one spot so much before it breaks open. This results in waste matter spilling into the abdomen and the patient then gets infection and sepsis and all kinds of bad things happen.

if the patient is twitching and vibrating, it’s unsafe to operate. They could easily accidentally nick an artery/vain or something else that shouldn’t be cut

Anal toys should always have a flared base because if the toy goes in too deep, it won't come out without surgery.

It's far in there but unless it's a current threat to life, it would be a BIGGER threat, to cut him open too soon with an object that at the moment, can move and cause dangerous cuts. Slicing wrong through a vein is dangerous, it's also in the intestines, which can have very severe consequences of bowel leaking if it's damaged and cut improperly. It might be uncomfortable for a while, but for his own life and safety, they need to wait. It's not an ASAP removal situation yet.
