ineffective communication has caused a lot of health challenges , such poor service utilisation and uptake ,and even self discharge because of violation of patient rights either verbal or non verbal style of communication . i have learnt a lot
In a nursing home as a resident your rights are trumped by what ever shift is coming in night shift will make u get up 4 hours before breakfast without asking to please dayshift
If a resident wants to stay up to finish he's 30 minute show he will have 5 diffrent people come in and out asking him if he would like to go bed to "encourage" him see how they replaced the word bullying with encouragement
I want to take thank you so very much for these videos, for me as I'm just finishing my training looking forward for the practical now i know what I'm expecting at the facility 🙏
Sorry but you are talking a different language, I agree with you but SAVA does not, in fact, this no joke or hyperbole, there is zero communication between staff unless it has to do with their main agenda..oppression...as far as residents, they are always the last to know anything...
excellent , am public health student who is so much passionate about the patient rights advocacy and once you talk about right and effective communication i feel class very interesting you so smart
