Often times the vinyl systems will require yearly or twice yearly adjustments depending on the weather in your area. Wind can catch the vinyl and make it difficult to close, or bring the system out of alignment. Sometimes the insect screen can as well, but that is very rare. Most customers who take extra care for the screens can keep them in perfect working order for years without a hiccup. Restaurants can be difficult due to the customer traffic.
