Today I am sharing my patio refresh!! It was time to update the patio and get it ready for spring and summer weather, but I wanted to change things up and add some new decor, including some DIY planters. Of course I wanted to do this all on a budget. So I'm sharing exactly what I got, how I used it and how it looks! Hope you enjoy!! Please like & subscribe!

Good for you for making your patio pretty for the summer without spending a ton of money! Sooo many you tubers just buy, buy, buy a bunch of new stuff. You did a great job on the planters and the plant combinations are perfect. They will grow all summer with very little maintenance.

I have a similar table like the one you bought, that look rough. I cleaned it well after sanding it, then spray painted it. I turned the table over and painted the glass from the under side because it had stained areas on the top. Looks really good.

I agree everything is to darn expensive, and majority of the quality isn’t good. Everything you did was budget friendly and it came out very lovely.

Love the planters! Proven Winners website has plant Recipes you can use for pots and hanging baskets if you make more planters for your garden. You should also look for a Turbo Jet, it attaches to your garden hose and turns it into a power washer. It is not quite as strong as a actual power washer but it gets a lot of the grime off of my patio.

Use "Window Film" on the coffee table. It comes in several different patterns and colors.

Just an fyi... an big tip" Because planters are so expensive I used tall decorative black garbage cans! 🤭💫👍 drilled holes in the bottom an put rocks in the bottom then planted Beautiful palms in them added beautiful gravel rocks on top to Finish the look👌 Turned out perfectly... What yu did looks amazing I'm going to do this as well Thank you for sharing your Idea's 😊💫💫💫

You might try Dollar Tree for planters. They have some quite large ones. You can always spray paint them if they don’t have the exact color you want.

I saw those!! I think they would be great alone, but I thought they might be too flimsy to stack. Also I really wanted square and they were round. Thanks for the suggestion! 😊

Bleach, soap and a push broom will clean your patio. Also they have frosted glass spray that will fix your table.

Did you ever refrost the glass? They make a spray like spray paint for differently frosting textures.

I wouldn’t say “waterproof” but definitely water resistant, like any other outdoor cushion. I used outdoor fabric from Joann Fabric for the DIY cushions. The bench cushion is from the outdoor section at the store At Home. And the pillows are outdoor pillow covers from Amazon with some down inserts. They have already been through many days of rain and have held up great, although I will say that when I think about it I take the pillows and cushions off if I know it’s going to rain. I want them to last as long as possible. We have an outdoor storage chest that it all fits in perfectly. Hope this helped! Thanks for watching!! 😊
