@@RavishKumar-wh6sh you may visited. But I stayed in patna for 20 days and 1 week in bhubaneswar for my business trip. I feel bhubaneswar better due to its cleanliness and better standard of living. No doubt patna is big city in basis of population and it's area and connectivity. But in some factor bhubaneswar is ahead than patna. And in some factor patna is ahead. Both city s have it's own importance. I personally feel bhubaneswar better. Even better than my hometown kolkata. Bhubaneswar is hub of education and upcoming new IT hub. There is sez, IT park in bhubaneswar where as in patna still still sez not set up by Govt.

Undoubtedly, BHUBANESWAR ❤️ is much much much better than Patna, also can beat any metropolitan of India. It's a really beautifully planned city with IT hub, Education, having its own reputed standard internationally renowned ❤️.
Both the cities are unique in its own way. But You forgot to mention the IT sector boom in Bhubaneswar. Its soon going to surpass Kolkata as the Eastern India's biggest IT Hub.

BBSR is much better than Patna as it is newly built as compared to Patna and properly planned. However, the number one smart City tag is a hype. With rain the city gets choked with rain water and garbage. The real estate is also excessively overpriced as compared to cities like NOIDA, Bengaluru etc.
