my uncle cut sugar out his life been about 13 months...hits the gym on some reg shit. He LOVES coffee...what helped him kick sugar was to see how much his body took on the daily. Didnt get spooked from a doctor, but instead, found the initiative to go to the gym, on top, hold a job as a computer tech and STILL raise a rambunctious 5year old BY HIM SELF.... Nah Joe do do exactly what Ish and Parks was saying at the end of this clip. When they criticize him he either cut them off to defend himself on the most minute point or he walks off to deflect and the point never gets fully made or the issue never gets resolved.
