For those who are not familiar with who I am and what I offer, I’m a Certified Counsellor and Spiritual Life Coach, Numerologist, Shamanic Practitioner, Sound Energy Healer and Reiki Master and for many years I have been sharing with clients, both one on one, in groups and online many offerings connected to Inner Healing, Spirituality, Meditation and Mindfulness and am excited to be AGAIN making these offerings available to you each month.
Each month I will be uploading tips, tools, practices to guide and support patrons to be more mindful, each and every day, and to create and maintain a daily personalised meditation routine to help you stay grounded and balanced.
