By far the most entertaining and honest testimony I have heard in a while. I love how he admitted things that we normally keep to ourselves, it was pretty raw. on a good way

can someone please tell me how do you fast do you drink water when you fast do you eat salads ?? can someone please tell me how do you fast?

Fasting is about denying the flesh. Food fast can be with or without water. If you have health condition consult your doctor If you are healthy start with a one day fast. Don't eat solid foods & drink water to hydrate. Focus on prayer and worship. Pray for growth in Jesus. Pray intercessorary for others. As you get stronger in faith you can go to 3+ days fasting.

You can also fast from something you love. Social media, sweets, or whatever. Deny your flesh, pray, and seek God on whatever you want him to do in your life. Ohhhhh don't forget to read your bible.
