What a gentleman! I especially loved watching him and Susanne Somers on Step By Step and they had great chemistry.

I LOVE THIS! Last time I saw Patrick he was on a soap opera. It's so nice to see you do an interview with him, he seems so nice and respectful. I'd love to meet him in person.

This was one of the best interviews I've ever watched. Loved Patrick before and now even more. He is such a beautiful man inside and out. I'm so intrigued by his and Linda Purl's relationship. I love how they met and development their relationship. So happy for them both.

An super interview. This man is a rare breed. Such a special person with an open heart who, with his level of fame, clearly remains breathtakingly transparent, humble and respectful with everyone around him. He carries himself so handsomely. It is no wonder he's attracted a circle of beautiful people in his life; looks what he radiates outwardly. It warms my heart that he managed, by chance, to find happiness a second time around. Wow, this was a really good conversation and interview with Patrick Duffy...I learned so much, not only about him but about me too.

Kara...I can't express just how much I appreciate your gift for connecting with people on a very real and sincere level. I truly appreciated this interview so much and can relate to so much that Patrick shared about himself because I've always struggled with many of the same character traits. I've never really felt like I quite fit in in this matrix. It's very validating to know that it's not just me. That the many who are creative, solitary and deep thinker's are amongst us all. So nice to see Patrick after all these years. He always struck me as genuine. Excellent thiught provoking interview. Thank You 💚💜💚💌

It's always so interesting to hear that people like Patrick Duffy are insecure. I always thought that when you are good-looking and talented like he is you don't have any insecurities. I'm insecure about myself but I thought it was because I'm ugly and talentless. Just a waste of space, an oxygen thief. Suzanne wanted a ton of money with a new contract from Three's Company, she thought she was the star of the show and she wasn't. John Ritter was. She could have negotiated for a little more money but don't be extravagant about it.

Patrick is very talented much admired, likable star. Suzanne was very talented, she was amazing as Chrissy, and as Carol in Step by step. Patrick is just saying what he was told by her. But why is it all the interviews GLOSS OVER her over blown demands on Three’s company? They keep saying they only wanted equal pay when she wanted WAY ABOVE EQUAL PAY? Yes, from her side was she was ostracized, but she earned it. She was refusing to show up to film, so they rewrote the episodes to work around it. And then put her off on her trips. She did not go in asking for equal pay, she did not go in, “I demand Joyce and I get paid $150,000.00 per episode.” She went in “I am the center of the show, I DEMAND 10% of the shows profits! And a raise to $150,000.00. Or else!” And proceeded to come up with BS excuses and not show up to film while costing the studio thousands of dollars waiting for her. SO yes, they devised away to shoot around her little ransom scheme and put her off somewhere and have her phone in. Her and Allen’s doing. After two pilots’ execs did not like the actresses playing Chrissy, Fred Silverman had seen her elsewhere and hired Suzanne the day before the taping of the third pilot. She made $3,500 in the beginning, then she and Joyce DeWitt were making $5,000 per episode for the show’s first four seasons. For season 5 after contracts, we up, Joyce Dewitt and Suzanne were offered salary boosts from $5,000.000 to $30,000 per episode. Joyce accepted, Suzanne and Allen refused. she and Allen believed she was the star, and as they believed she was the center of the show they demanded an increase to $150,000 per episode, PLUSS 10% OF THE SHOWS PROFITS. So, lets get it straight, it was massive ego. Nor was she fired for her demands, she was fired because she started BOYCOTTING FILMING, NOT SHOWING UP WHILE THE CREW WAS SITTING AROUND WAITING COSTING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. And because she was holding up production with ransom demands of 10% of the show, and the giant salary jump she was labeled as too demanding. All TV shows with the rare exceptions like The Big Bang, have pay tiers, had she an Allen been halfway reasonable and not held to the wholly ridiculous demand of 10%, they may have allowed her the further privilege of being a high paid star on a TV show. Even today lower income don't make $30,000.00 a year, let a lone by the week.

Did not know PATRICK had cancer, however that is how it should be. No ones business. I despise people who believe actors owe them a selfie, an autograph, or all the facts of their lives.

Sommers wanted more money, and the producers didn't want to give her more money. An affable interviewer, where she can get these interviews. And not even on a network entertainment show.
