Patrick Unboxes... Manfrotto Monopod [Compact] -tests with Pergear TH3, Nikon D3400 DSLR & Sony ZV-1 

I needed some kind of Monopod or selfie stick to use with a range of camera bodies, but especially a Sony ZV-1. It has a great handheld/tripod Sony option, but the camera is WAY too close to your face for vlogging. So I needed a strong monopod. I went for Manfrotto for its reputation and build quality.
BUT... I needed some kind of ball joint adapter to use with the Monopod to be able to use this stick for vlogging. Here I test the Pergear TH3 adapter with a Nikon D3400 and the Sony ZV-1, but it's WAY too heavy. Look out for an alternative and much lighter adapter in the next Patrick Unboxes video, looking at the Utebit ball joint adapter.
