God i can't believe the interviewer the first thing that left his mouth. the rest of his career must not have lasted long. This is one of the most intense films i've ever watched! i'll never forget how amazing they played their roles.
Dude it’s more of a horror film than most other horror films combined. This kind of shit actually HAPPENS, and it happens a lot, everywhere. That is truly fucking scary.
+NeverKnows Best i wish the dude phrased that last question like "Do you think the role you played in the film made you more aware of the problem of pedophilia and do you think it will raise awareness of this type of crime to the public" then Patrick wouldnt have gotten on the defense cause it seemed like the interviewer asked him if he engaged in relating to his character
+NeverKnows Best and how the interviewer opened really seemed to make Patrick uncomfortable-asking about having a crush on an older woman? wtf?! the interviewer has some issues
Love this movie! VERY creepy but very well written! Patrick is a great actor and Ellen is to don't do much on this interviewer though, his just looking for unrealated gossip to get paid more, sad.
I enjoyed this man's performance in the movie. But I often wonder if his spine didn't chill at the thought of acting out a scene where his balls are allegedly cut off by "Hayley". So much implied graphic suspense, it's insane. And it has such a broken base being in favor of neither side, and simply saying they hate the fact that movie's subject matter touches on a red-button topic they hoped they'd never hear.
Lmao i feel like patrick was just waiting for this guy to ask a suoer wrirf question. If the guy asoed if he had ever been attracted to someone muvh youngster instead of older id have died of laughter
The thing is the "thing" most talked about doesn't actually happen in "Hard Candy"... I mean, other nasty things occur but nothing mainstream viewers haven't seen elsewhere.
