Mrs. Woodrow Wilson watches a "Milk for France" parade. Gen. Scott inspects vegetables in gardens at Potomac Park, D.C. Civilians parade on July 4th at Sheepshead Bay, N.Y. Reel 2, civilian women drill, practice first aid, raise flags, send semaphore messages, and run through obstacle courses at a Calif. camp. Adm. Doyle and Gen. Blocksom participate in a Honolulu War Loan parade. Japanese children attend school. Workers buy War Savings Stamps on Honolulu street corners.
